We are a family of 6 that considers Big Sky, Montana our home base. We began skiing there in 2003 and purchased Lone Mountain Retreat in 2005 because we fell in love with the area and all the amazing outdoor opportunities. Our children learned to ski on the gentle green slopes right outside our door, beginning at the young age of 2-3 and eventually mastering the slopes and lay of the land. Over the years, we have rented and shared Lone Mountain Retreat with many families, mostly through word of mouth or personal connection. We are excited to now begin offering our property through this platform. As long-term owners, we can offer our guests a great deal of useful advice regarding skiing, other activities, restaurants, nearby attractions, etc. Over the past 17 years, we have had the opportunity to do it all, and we will do our very best to help you plan for a truly awesome, individualized experience.
