Make this sunny beach house your home-away-from-home for a carefree coastal getaway in Edisto Beach. Situated directly across the street from the beach, this spacious three-bedroom retreat offers prime convenience and comfort with features including a spacious private deck and patio furnished for outdoor living.

Inside, you'll find stylish coastal decor and a bright living spaces equipped with all comforts of home. Relax with board games and a smart TV in the living room or kick back on the corner sofa for a quick cat-nap or some afternoon reading. The kitchen boasts gorgeous tile counters and a full suite of appliances for handling home cooking with ease. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate up to six for sit-down meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

A downstairs primary suite includes its own separate entrance along with a window-mounted air-conditioner, smart TV, and en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the main part of the house. One bedroom includes a private half-bath. A full bath is available for household use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Prefect for the girls trip!

We loved the house and easy access to the beach. It was perfect for our quick girls weekend trip away. The 3rd bedroom is located outside downstairs so it’s away from the main living area and other bedrooms, but worked out fine for us!

basic no frills cottage

My mom and I stayed at this cottage. the cottage hardly had anything to cook with including a frying pan,harley any pots and pans ,utensils, and silver ware. If you had a family staying there you would'nt have enough silverware for a family to eat in 1 sitting. We didnt use the inlaw suite on the bottom floor.I am glad that we didnt have to , there was a wall airconditioner in the suite that barley worked and the room smelt musty. There was no access to the suite through the main house. We had a 3 night stay and ended up leaving a day early because it was almost impossible to cook. The owners should go take a look at the cottage and maybe think about suppling some more kitchen items. The kitchen sink also needs to be replaced, it was rusted and dirty.

True Edisto Home!

My family has visited Edisto my entire life. This is our first time staying here, but loved it. Have ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Check in and out is extremely easy and the house is clean!

Great location!

I loved the old beach cottage feel. Latitude Adjustment has been refurbished but is not a new build…..so I love that! Edisto is a great place to ride my bike. And I was able to put it in a locked section downstairs.

Gorgeous view

On the plus side: great ocean view from most rooms in the house, big kitchen and common areas, tons of storage for food, etc in the dining area. There is a ton of natural light in the whole house. On the minus side: the master mattress needs to be replaced, you sink. The outdoor sectional couch was broken by previous visitors. The porch is huge, but it's on the back of the house so you can't enjoy the view. The temps reached upper 80s while we visited, so having to keep the AC at 72 (locked) was a huge disappointment. There was a box fan in the house but it was broken. For these rental prices in the off season, I would expect to be able to control the temperature, at least at night so visitors were comfortable sleeping. I've never had this happen in any rental, anywhere.

Please check the frig. It froze a good many of my items. Also I think there might be an electric issue in the lower part. Lights flickering in bed room.

Cool island home!

Great location, just had to cross the street to beach access. Clean, pretty well kept. Landing on stairs needed repair is only issue seen. Edisto is friendly and family oriented.

Great location!

We had a great time at Latitude Adjustment! Beds were very comfortable, great common area with 2 sofas, loveseat bar and dining table all in one room. But the best part was the spacious deck- secluded from the street, but we could hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze. Definitely going back!

Latitude Adjustment Edisto Beach

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. The beach cottage was a true gem. Exactly as pictured. Clean and fully stocked for your vacation stay. The beach access was just across the street and it was absolutely gorgeous. I’m so looking forward to returning and I plan to stay at Latitude Adjustment or another of Vacasa Realty properties. This is a third property of Vacasa’s and they are the best. Very receptive and extremely responsive. So pleasant to work with everyone in the Folly Beach, Kiawah and Edisto beach offices. (Although, Edisto was my favorite—a big thanks to Tricia and Deborah for their prompt service and attention to detail. )
