St. George

Love St. George as a hub. My husband and I like road trips. We went to Bryce, Zion and Kodachrome Park. The place was clean, quiet and easily accessible.

St George visit family friends

The owner gave us the check in information before we arrived, making our arrival very easy. The property was exactly the size we needed. The owner was responsive when we had a question. There was room and ability for us to have friends over for a meal. We would gladly stay here next time we are in the area.

Relaxing stay in St. George

Our stay in this rental was comfortable. We came to do some hiking and other activities and have a place to kick back and relax at night. This filled our need. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom with large shower! It could have used some more comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with minimum basics. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location and amazing property.

Everything was great and the place is much bigger than the pictures have you believe. The only suggestion I would have is to send the coordinates with the address since google takes you to the wrong property (it was hard to see at night even with the instructions). And to note that the garage to enter is on the right side of the house.

Great Place

My husband and I needed a place to stay while attending a conference in St. George and this place was perfect. It is not far away from everything we needed to get to but is still in a quite neighborhood. The space is very clean and well-maintained and we were very comfortable during our time here. Literally the only compliant we had was no salt and pepper for the breakfasts we made. 10/10 would recommend.

It started out great but...

It started off as the perfect couple's getaway - nicely appointed, clean, convenient location, QUIET, and all around comfortable. But then we hit the half-way point in our trip and paradise turned to disappointment. The walls are so thin that when someone arrived in the other portion of the rental we could hear everything. Unfortunately for us it was a group of fun-loving gamers. We could hear their shouts of joy and anguish and laughter as if they were in the same room as us. They weren't being rude it's just that this "luxury" accommodation wasn't build to control sound. When we wanted to retire for a quiet evening in (after adventuring all day) it was anything but relaxing.

Beautiful and clean with issues

The property is beautiful, clean and part of a larger home, the other section of which is also rental property. Sound carries easily; we heard the adjacent renters and they heard us. Although the property was advertised as kid friendly, the adjacent renters complained about the noise and the property manager asked us to try to keep our kids' noise down. We felt unsettled and as if we were walking on eggshells during our stay --the kids' spring break vacation. Also, my husband spent much time the first two days of our stay troubleshooting their new TVs, which did not work when we arrived. (Although they should work for you moving forward, thanks to my husband.) Although the property manager apologized and offered a discount to compensate for the issues, there was no follow through.
