Lovely home with lots of space and thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable - good cookware, plenty of storage containers and dishes, lots of throw pillows on the sofas so you can get in a comfy position, and bedding options for those who sleep cold and those who sleep warm.

Tim was an excellent host! The house is charming and clean, with a phenomenonly stocked kitchen. The location was a short walk to the Mayo downtown location. Easy I'm, easy out.

I was visiting the Mayo clinic for some testing and found this house to be absolutely charming and comfortable. A lot more house than I probably need it, but I enjoy the quiet setting in the ease of parking. The walk to my appointments was easy other than I had to dodge all the construction. I’ll be back for some more testing and surgery so I will book this again if it’s available.

We had a great stay. We loved the house, it’s older and well maintained. I also love the policy of sharing with others your extras. Property was easy to get to, comfortable beds, furniture and quiet. A bunny family even likes to stay in the backyard- everyday we would look to see if the bunnies were out playing.

After long days at Mayo, nice to return to this warm and cozy house where furnishings felt like home. Very convenient to all things Mayo, walking distance to St. Mary's campus. Communiations with host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in numerous rental properties over the years and would like to share positive vibes for this property. Well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. Tim was prompt with his responses to any questions I had.As a Mayo patient for the past 5 days, it was a pleasure to get out of the hospital and come back to an inviting home where we cooked our own meals. We brought our e-bikes that ended up being our transportation to and from Mayo with all the constructuring near the Methodist campus. The house is convenient to many types of shops and eateries. Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, quiet, great parking with a long driveway. We enjoyed our stay and should I need to come back, we will stay here again if available. Thank you Tim.

Everything about this property is spot on! It's perfectly staged with charm and sophistication and is so welcoming. Right down to the Aveda hand soap at the sinks and shampoo and conditioner in the shower! This house is a great place to land while in Rochester! The location couldn't be easier and it's quiet and cozy inside! I will book this on my next trip to MN for sure!

I stayed at this really cute house while my sister had surgery at Mayo/St Mary’s. It was perfect. I was able to walk to the hospital everyday and didn’t need to worry about parking. It was just a couple of blocks away from a really nice walking path and it felt nice coming back from the hospital to a home versus a hotel. We spent 8 days there in all and I would totally recommend this house:)

Great location and comfortable house

Tim was amazing to work with and provided a great home to stay in. The location was perfect with walking distance to downtown. The listing was just as advertised and a wonderful spot to stay.

My name is Tim. My spouse and I have two dogs and two cats (they haven't been in this house). We currently live in Minneapolis and run a hair salon. I also work as a lab tech part time in St. Paul. When we are not working, we enjoy spending time at the cabin and traveling (especially NYC).

This property holds a special place for us. It's our first home and we lived here for 5 years. It has been a traditional rental property for the last 20 years. We almost sold it but decided to bring it back to its original beauty and charm and share it with the visitors of this city that we love.

This home is in a great location. You can see St. Mary's Hospital from the house and it's a very short walk. It's also a short 10-to-15-minute walk to Mayo Clinic downtown. It offers a comfortable and relaxing escape in a beautiful older home with the original charm. It's close to coffee shops, many restaurants and several grocery stores. It's a short walk to a walking trail.
