Room to spread out! Modern 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, beautiful living space and rec room. Amazing quiet location on dead end street near park, excellent restaurants, shopping and Mayo Clinic. Unpack and unwind with choice of shade or sun patio, abundance of walking trails & exercise equipment. All the amenities to cook and launder, we have you taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you to Rochester!

Enjoy 3 floors of space in this home with fresh paint, new carpet, and new furniture. Main floor boasts a kitchen and dining area. Upper floor has 3 queen bedrooms all with TVs, and a full bathroom. The lower level has an additional queen bedroom, family space, large rec room, full bathroom and down 5 more stairs is a fully equipped laundry room. Inside you can enjoy WIFI, TV, books, puzzles, games, foosball table and exercise bike. There are 3 steps in to the home.

Outside you will find both a sun patio and a shaded covered patio.

The home is located 7 minutes (2 miles) from Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus, and 5 minutes from St. Mary’s Hospital. Nearby you will find grocery stores (Trader Joe's & Hy-vee), gas stations, Apache Mall and restaurants. 1 block down the street from the home are walking trails and a large park. Quick access to the home from Highway 52 and Highway 63.

Self Check in available. Guests are responsible for maintaining a tidy home. 1 Exterior camera for your safety and ours!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The hosts did a fantastic job of thinking through all the little details and providing clear, helpful communication that made navigating the space incredibly simple. We never had to wonder where something was or what we needed to know.The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to gather together while also having separate spaces to relax and enjoy some downtime. It was comfortable, accommodating, and thoughtfully set up for a great stay.The location was also perfect for us, especially with easy access to Mayo. We truly appreciated the terrific hosts and all the care they put into making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to recoup!

The stay was great, very nice, clean and fully stocked! We enjoyed our time there recouping! Tons of activities for the kids to do while waiting for dad to heal up!

We enjoyed our stay at this property while attending a High School graduation through the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary tools for making meals - a nice touch is all cabinets and drawers are labeled so one does not have to hunt for items. The downstairs rec-room is a great section with plenty of games to keep kids and young adults occupied. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and backs up against a school park making sitting on the outside deck very enjoyable. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Highly recommend for small families visiting the area.

Very nice! Great for family get together for events. Nice layout. Enjoyed having Fusbol! Nice and close to restaurants and Apache Mall. Wonderful stay!

Great place for families

We were in town for a wedding and needed space for six adults. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. Even better, there was plenty of space for us to have meals and play games and enjoy each other. The location is convenient especially for downtown and Mayo Clinic but we found we could get anywhere we needed to be in less than 10 minutes.

Spectacular & Has Everything

I do not typically do reviews, but I just felt that this place was so amazing that I had to this time. Host was very responsive & check-in was a breeze. This place literally has EVERYTHING & was very clean. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Rocheater. Thanks.

Awesome stay !

We stayed at this home because our daughter finished her residency at the Mayo Hospital. However our stay was perfect. Greta communication with Malea from start to end. Home was clean plenty of space excellent location. This place had everything we needed and more. Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful place

Great property

Second stay at this property. It is an awesome place for for gathering with friends and family. Kitchen is well equipped and conveniently located near a large grocery store. Additionally, a walking trail near the river is right down the street. Malea is always quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Mayo Lodging

This is the best "vacation rental" I can remember staying at. The owner was very responsive. We had one small issue with the drain stop in the downstairs bathroom, and the owners came over immediately to fix it while we were at Mayo for the day. Cleanliness, comfort, and quiet were all present. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Rochester

Everything was great for our stay in Rochester for our daughter's wedding. Malea took good care of us and gave us good instructions and responded in a quick timeframe when we had questions. We were a little surprised to see that a school was just near the back yard so their was some noise from kids out during recess, but other than that we loved the location being so close to everything in the Rochester area. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rochester. Very satisfied! Thanks Malea!

Wonderful location in a quiet but accessible neighborhood. The house was very clean, tidy, and well appointed. Definitely be staying again in the future. Close to mayo but not amongst the construction.

We loved our stay! The location is great, very convenient to shops, grocery, & restaurants. The neighborhood was so quiet, despite being so close to so many resources. The house was in great shape, very organized and clean, but felt like home. We really appreciated the games and foosball table - tons of entertainment and laughs! The backyard and patio were very pleasant and comfortable.Thank you for having us, we'll absolutely consider staying again!
