Blue Skys Oceanfront Remodeled 3BDRM @SeaWatch

Newly renovated Oceanfront 3 bd/ 2bath, non smoking. This unit will take your breath away. The updates are amazing and the view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom will astound you. There are 2 balconies so the whole family can enjoy the sounds of the ocean while taking in the view. You can enter the balconies from the living area or the MB. All amenities of the resort are available which include 6 pools, 10 hot tubs,2 lazy rivers , Tiki Bar and Captain Cove Restaurant.

You will be amazed at the beauty of this renewal renovated unit. Everything is new from the floor to the ceiling. Open the sliding doors and let the smell of the ocean take your breath away. Watch for dolphins and shrimp boats or just enjoy the sound of the Ocean as the waves roll in.

When you enter the resort you will take an immediate left into the North Tower. Free parking is available in the parking garage, luggage carts are located in front of the elevators. Take one of the four elevators to the 9th floor and let your carefree vacation begin.

**New for 2023-- EV Chargers are now located on the Resort for your use.

**Beach Towels are not provided.

**No daily maid service. We provide a starter supply of paper products, which includes toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. A small supply of cleaning items, broom and vacuum are provided in the condo for your use.
We have provided 10 sets of bath linens. please feel free to laundry towels as your needs demand.

On site free parking with parking pass provided at time of check-in.

During Hurricane Season, refunds will only be considered if a MANDATORY Evacuation is required.

***We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. This can be done directly via ABNB when you book your trip.
We adhere to the cancellation policy as stated when your book your vacation.

Long family weekend

The location is perfect. Easy to get anywhere but away from most of the traffic. Plenty of room for the five of us. Excellent ocean front views. Rental manager was easy to reach and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time!!

We love the Seawatch Plantation and our Unit was very nice. I think the cleaning company missed a few things but the Host was awesome and very accommodating. The ammenities at this Resort are top notch and we had a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Condo!

We absolutely loved our condo at Seawatch! Our property manager was exceptional, just like our unit! Seawatch resort itself may want to do some maintenence on their elevators, but our stay was absolutely perfect!

OUTSTANDING

My family rented 5 different rooms at Seawatch and this room was by far the BEST of all rooms! The teenagers raved about the shower in the master bath. Everything is clean and the decor is. The family members that didn’t get this room were surely jealous! 10/10 Wonderful!!!

The condo was very clean and had nice views. Some of the appliances were updated which was nice. Decor was nice and enjoyable. The resort is showing signs of wear. A lot of marajuana smoking at this resort, which goes unchecked by security. Hot tubs are often closed. Lazy River is not heated and rarely operational. We have been to Seawatch over 10 times and this was by far our worst experience We will not be returning to this resort. Also- The condo didn’t come with adequate blankets. The bed linens are mostly sheets. Also, the cook-wear is very old and in poor condition. The condo management company associates are nice and tried to be helpful but there’s not a lot they can do. The price of this condo should come down to account for all I’ve mentioned or more guests will not be returning.

We are very sorry to hear that your overall experience at the resort did not live up to your previous visits. While we manage and take great pride in our individual condo, certain amenities and conditions—such as the lazy river, hot tubs, and overall resort maintenance—are handled by the resort itself. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially as returning guests, and we will be sure to pass your concerns along to resort management. We also take your comments about the cookware and bedding seriously. This is something directly within our control, and we will be reviewing and updating these items to ensure a more comfortable and well-equipped stay for future guests. Had we been aware during your visit, we would have gladly delivered additional blankets or addressed any concerns right away. Regarding the issues with smoking, we completely understand how this could impact your stay. The resort does have policies in place, but enforcement is handled by their security team. We will also relay this feedback to them, as it’s important for maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve. We’re disappointed to hear this visit did not meet the standard you’ve come to expect, and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a better experience.
