Quiet freshly renovated mountain contemporary studio a great location walking distance to multiple restaurant’s ,shops ,bars.and downtown park city walking/hiking trails connected to the property and adjacent to the unit ,and Cannes film festival. The free bus stop in front of the complex allowing easy access to Main Street,park city mountain and deer valley resorts. It is a 5-minute drive/bus ride from Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. *Main Street is only 1.5 miles away.
*Deer Valley Resort: 2.7 miles
*Park City Mountain Resort: 1.2 miles
*Canyons Village: 4.5 miles
*Main Street/Old Town: 1.5 miles
*Convenient 1st floor access for all your skis, snowboards, and bicycles rack

*No pets ,No smoking. *Seeps 4 (2 queen beds ).has kitchen table with seating for 4 large bathroom with walk in shower and balcony with view of the pines fireplace provides for cozy atmosphere year round. Access the entire studio and club house club has a swimming pool (open Summer time ),fire pit, hot tub(open all year), and lobby with 24hr desk personnel.
*Convenient public coin-operated washing machines near Prospector complex.

*One bicycle rack(Bike rack is located at the end of parking lot near building #8, Lot #6. You are welcome to use the storage.but first, please stop by the front desk to get your key reprogrammed to open the storage room.The rack assigned is #34
*One of park city's largest fitness facilities silver mountain sports club.Please be aware the gym located next to the property is available for a $30 guest fee and is not included in the reservation.
*The front desk makes an easy 24hr check in.
* Luggage can be stored at the front desk.

Wonderful guest and a pleasure to host! They were easy to communicate with, respectful of the space, and left the home very clean. We truly appreciate their stay and would be happy to host them again anytime. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot! Very clean, modern, cozy, and quiet. Beds were super comfortable (I feel like I slept better here than at home!), the porch was lovely for relaxing with my morning coffee, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The unit was right next to the tarred walking/biking path and close enough for walking to restaurants. We had a quick easy walk to Estes pizza (yum!), and saw several other food options nearby. Went on a couple walks via the trail and even found a public park/playground (which was fairly close to the property) that the kids had fun playing on as a pit stop :) We had a 1 night stay here, but would definitely come back to stay longer!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the renovation work affected your experience, and we completely understand how this could be frustrating. The building is currently undergoing a community-wide renovation project managed by the HOA, so there may be some temporary work in the hallways and common areas. This is a temporary improvement project, and we hope it will enhance the overall experience for future stays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back once the renovations are complete.
