Welcome to my recently renovated home on the Mesa/Tempe/Scottsdale border. The house comes with a private pool for you and your guests to enjoy and is just minutes from the Cubs and Athletics spring training facility! Minutes from all things Scottsdale and just a few minutes from Tempe Marketplace and short drive from the ASU campus.

Hartman AZ trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay. This property provided everything we needed including some basic cooking supplies, laundry supplies and pool accessories. The pool is not heated so that is something we would look for next time. The property manager was available and responsive to our questions and needs. It comfortably housed 7 people with great dine in or outside space.

Wonderful

House was very nice indoors and out. Plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable… slept very peacefully. Neighbors and neighborhood were very quiet. Shopping areas were very close and highway access also. Enjoyed our stay very much and our time went by fast! Made for a wonderful Christmas with family who all live in Mesa. Thank you to the host for everything. Would definitely rent again.

Best Location for Spring Training

This house is in the perfect spot to attend ALL the baseball games. Right off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood, 15 min. from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Kitchen is well stocked with everything for meal prep. Pool was so much fun for the kids. Plenty of space in the backyard. Rooms were great and perfect for our family of 5 plus in laws. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property for MLB fans as well as anyone looking for a place close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Tempe.
