Callie's Place - This well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is ideally located just minutes from the ballpark! The first floor has an open and airy layout, with lots of space to enjoy the company of your friends and family. The kitchen is recently renovated with a breakfast bar for additional seating and opens into the dining room with a large farmhouse table. Easy access right from the kitchen to the back deck for grilling and outdoor dining.

Located off of the dining room is a full bathroom with tub/shower. The first floor has 2 living rooms - each with lounging furniture and a 65" smart TV. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a recently renovated full bathroom with sliding glass shower.

There is a very large level backyard to enjoy a game of catch, or play a round of corn hole toss. The open back deck has a gas grill and seating to enjoy the beautiful upstate air. The deck entrance leads right into the kitchen for convenience. The driveway has plenty of off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

Super close to All-Star Village and all that the Oneonta area has to offer.

NOTE: A family dog lives here in the off-season.

Perfect perfect perfect for All Star Village visit!

Words cannot describe how perfect this house was for us during our experience at Cooperstown All Star Village. Not only was it 2 minutes from the fields, it was clean, spacious and comfortable! Our host Rich was super accommodating and answered every question we had promptly. I would Highly recommend this house for any families looking for a place to stay while watching your son make memories of a lifetime at Cooperstown!!

Location is super convenient to All Star Field - less than a mile.

Great location, spacious, comfortable and very clean! Owner Ritch was very nice & responsive. Met us & showed us around the property. Property location is less than a mile from the All Star Field. Plenty of onsite parking. We were very comfortable during our week stay. Met the owners father at the field and he also was very warm & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Beautiful House

Callie’s Place was a cute house, perfect for our family. It was up to date and had everything we needed. The house was so close to the All Star Village and an easy drive to everything around. The check in and out process was so easy and the owner was great! I would definitely stay again if we come back for our younger son!

If you are looking for a place near All Star Village, this is the place to be. A 2 minute drive from the baseball fields. All-Star Village Perfection!

Callie’s Place was a great choice for our family when our son played at All Star Village. The house is well cared for, clean, and provided us everything that we needed for the week. It was great to go back between games and have meals, rest, and get ready to watch more baseball. Highly recommend!

Callie's Place Was Perfect

Callie's Place was absolutely perfect for our family's trip to Cooperstown All-Star Village. The house was quaint, spacious, and located just minutes from the Village. It was close to other area attractions and just a short, scenic drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame. There were several great fishing holes nearby where we caught loads of fish. Our host, Rich, was great and extremely responsive to all our questions. His recommendation of Cabin Pizzeria was also spot on. We plan on returning in a couple of years and hope to stay at Callie's place when we do.

Convenient to CASV and comfortable

Callie's Place was a cute, updated classic home for the area. It is conveniently located to CASV about 2 minutes away from the baseball event space. We watched the closing ceremony fireworks from the front yard with ease after dinner, it is that close. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The house included plenty of cleaning supplies to tidy up after cooking and hand soap, shampoo, body wash and towels were all available. The house has been updated but is family friendly with nice furnishings and a brand new full bath upstairs that is really convenient when you have more than one family sharing the space like we did. I loved the two living rooms because we could put the kids in one space while we used the other space to let adults watch their own shows. Bonus was the nice outdoor gas grill, we were able to cook and bake often using the new appliances. The host, Rich is lovely to work with and has put a lot into the home. He has done a fine job.
