Great location with amazing amenities!

The living room has a large TV and a comfy sectional with a chaise that also opens up into a full size bed. The dining table has seating for 4. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and cleaning during your stay and a full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed plus an attached, full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and also has an attached, full bathroom. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and large walk in closets. Linens and towels are provided. Cable TV and Wi Fi round out all the comforts of home.

Outside, the balcony has great shade in the afternoon, has seating for 4 people and has a great view of the pool/hot tub area. In addition to the heated pool and hot tub, this complex also has a gym, a dry sauna and charcoal bar b que pits and picnic tables located around the complex. There is also a pond that you can fish from on the property, a gazebo, a car rinse area and parking for boat trailers (7 day maximum).

This condo is a 3-5 minute walk from Whitecap Beach, just a 3 minute drive from the island's new supermarket and other stores like Dollar General or CVS and close to amazing restaurants like Doc's, Snoopy's and Scuttlebutts. Port Aransas is only a 15 minute drive from this condo.

This property was awesome! I think the only thing that was tad annoying is the dryer sounded like it was on its last leg and super loud.

The condo itself was nice and well equipped! Had everything you could think of needing! It was clean, beds were comfy. They were doing construction while we were there but it wasn’t a problem. The only downfall is the walk up to the third floor, straight up and down and HOT! The host was great to deal with no issues on our end. Would stay there again.

Good location but could use some cleaning.

It’s in a good location that is convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The photos online make this place seem great. The whole condo needs major deep cleaning especially in the bathtubs. We bought cleansers to clean up. One of the bedroom chest of drawers was broken. I contacted the host several times during the weekend and never received a response. I contacted host to get into the condo because we couldn’t get in with the code that was sent. Thank goodness someone answered my call when we tried to get in at check in time. There was no toilet paper and we had to buy our own. There was a curtain rod and curtains laying on one of the beds when we got in. We knew we were renting a 3rd floor condo but definitely be prepared to walk up a ton of stairs and be careful as they are steep. Unfortunately they were repairing the roof during our stay and it was loud. We couldn’t park in the assigned parking spot and had to get kicked out of the area of where we could park. Overall, convenient and we had a great times at the beach which outweighs the stay but needs a few furniture, wall and painting updates and deep cleaning.

Pics doesn't do it JUSTICE!!!!

OMGosh!!!! They place was amazing. Beds very comfortable. My 3 girls piled up in big bed and sleep great. Son took couch cause it was closer to WiFi and kitchen of course. Our room was so nice, bed sat high which was a plus for me. Quiet neighborhood will be booking again in future.

This listing was so beautiful! The rooms were spacious. It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and swam in the pool. It’s the perfect place to stay for a family <3

Could be improved

The condo was not clean. It was like cleaned in the middle but window sills, behind the couch, under the cushions, baseboards, under the refrigerator all needed some attention. The outdoor furniture on the deck had mildew and the cushions needed to be replaced. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, like half of the microwave handle was broken off, the filters needed to be changed and the vent cleaned. The kitchen utensils were like garage sale mix and match. There is no soap or shampoo so bring your own. There were no dish towels only paper towels. The bathroom towels were nice and plentiful. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor are very steep and the carpet is very old. The management was very responsive to our tv not working. Randy came very quickly and got it working. I would not stay here again. I did not feel there was a lot of value for the price.

Beach Club Stay

App must have been down b/c I was unable to get check in info. No info was visible on app even after several hours after check in time. Property mgr did assist right away but mentioned he had been unable to access app. Otherwise place was very nice and w/in walking distance to beach and stores/restaurants.
