Kona Coast Resort is a highly sought after vacation destination here in Kailua Kona. With a central location, the oceanside retreat is a great place to forget your worries and enjoy this beautiful island. They have a restaurant, Sunset Terrace, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On top of that, Kona Coast Resort has great resort amenities for guests. Enjoy two swimming pools (one family pool with a children`s pool and one quiet spa/ pool), three hot tubs, sauna, playground, tennis courts, volleyball, ocean view fitness center.

This spacious town home provides an excellent home base for your vacation. The primary suite on the main floor has a comfortable king-sized bed, large closet, and lovely en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Across from that is the lower floor guest bedroom. This has one queen bed and one twin bed with ample space in the closet for clothing storage. Upstairs there is a second guest bedroom in the loft. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and has a full en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you`ll need for those home-away-from-home cooked meals. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal in the sink, full-sized refrigerator, oven and separate induction cook top. It also comes complete with pots, pans, dishes and flatware.

Outside on the lanai, enjoy comfortable seating and take in the views of Kona Country Club. You will be located just off of the 16th green and fairway with the beautiful Pacific Ocean behind. Enjoy a mai tai and feel the trade winds blowing.

The home is equipped with ceiling fans in each room to help keep the air flowing through the condo, as well as portable fans which can be moved throughout the space.

Guests will have full access to the 3 bedroom condo except one closet and one cabinet which has been reserved for storage of the owner`s things. Beyond that, guests will have full access to the resort amenities including 2 pools with spas, a sauna, playground, 2 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court and ocean view fitness center.

Located just outside the property is the Keauhou Shopping Center. A great place to get all your essentials including a grocery store, pharmacy, multiple restaurants and a movie theatre.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, trash bags, kitchen spices. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.
