I’m sorry the golf-cart waiver process was time-consuming. We require the waiver and basic vehicle/ID info for cart use, but we’ll review our timing and communications so guests know what’s needed before arrival. I apologize the outdoor cushions and some kitchen items weren’t fully cleaned; I’ve shared this with housekeeping to tighten pre-check-in inspections. We’ll also have maintenance secure the 2nd-floor porch door handle, repair the upstairs outdoor TV, and replace/verify pool filter covers and routine pool checks. We’ll review the outdoor seating and pool area for any lost items found during turnover. Thank you for the helpful details — we’ll use them to improve, and we hope to welcome you back.

Thanks for the mostly positive review on the home itself. VRBO we have no control over. We can only put in the address and GEO coordinates. We also put very clearly defined aerial photography showing the exact location of the home compared to the beach. There should be no confusion as to where this is located. We delivered a brand new upgraded 6 seater upgraded cart the following morning after being notified of the issues with the current one which is the fastest turnaround that could be accomplished from a late night after hours notification.
