Lake Views and location. Quiet yet 10 minutes to casinos, skiing and beaches!

My siblings and I grew up in Lake Tahoe and we love everything about this area. We do a lot of traveling and playing. I own a bakery in Maine (TREATS, Wiscasset) and my sister works for Douglas County just down the street. We love to mountain bike and can do so on the trails behind this house, that are also fun in the winter for sledding, Nordic skiing or snowshoeing. We also backcountry ski and snowboard and access the mountain resorts as well. In the summer we hike and swim and do all things Tahoe!

Location location location! Just off Kingsbury grade, located on the Nevada side you can have all your necessities met without going into the fray of SLT. It's the quiet side, perfect for having an awesome vacation but maybe without all the traffic. From here you can easily access the casinos, a grocery store, cafe, yoga studio and you are 10 minutes to Boulder or Stagecoach lodge...so we like to rise early, get a parking spot at Stagecoach and ski hours before most even get in the lift line on the CA side. We also love the access to the national forest behind the house for a quick hike or snowshoe or a longer hike up to Chimney rock or Daggett loop. Great for mountain biking as well. You can also walk on lovely trails all the way down to Clyde's Coffee House or Still Water Yoga!

Right now because of county laws our home is a monthly rental only. It is best for two families or friends, digital nomad or a family wanting a new adventure.
