Self check-in is provided through a secure smart lock, allowing for a seamless arrival. Your personalized access code is generated specifically for your reservation and permanently deleted after checkout.

Please note that the cabin is located within a peaceful tiny home community. While neighboring cabins are nearby, you`ll still enjoy your own private outdoor space.

⚠️ Extreme Caution!!! We have added Electrically Charged Bear Mats outside the front door and back door to help deter bears from the property. Do NOT walk on them barefoot, and do not allow your pets to walk on them either to avoid getting shocked. Do NOT unplug it. Please also avoid leaving food out in the cabin, as bears can smell it and will attract them inside the home.

☆ Tiny Cabin Living: This cozy cabin is approximately 400 square feet, making it ideal for couples and small families. Guests looking for larger accommodations may wish to consider one of our other properties.

☆ Sleeping Loft: The loft has a 48-inch ceiling height and is accessed by a narrow staircase. Adults will need to crouch or crawl while in the loft, making it best suited for children or agile adults.

☆ Fire Safety: Lake Tahoe has extremely strict fire regulations. Smoking, grilling, fireworks, candles, and outdoor fires are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations may result in city fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

☆ Dog Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please help us keep the cabin clean by cleaning up after your pet and following all house rules.

☆ Laundry: There is no washer or dryer in the cabin. A public laundromat, Tahoe LaundryBox at The Y, is located approximately two minutes away.

☆ Bear Safety: Lake Tahoe is home to black bears. Please keep all food indoors, never leave food or scented items in your vehicle, lock your car doors at all times, and close bedroom windows when you`re away or sleeping. These simple precautions help protect both guests and local wildlife.

☆ Rental Agreement & ID: A signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed.

☆ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation or refund policy.

☆ Reservations of 28 nights or longer require additional guest screening, a security deposit, and a supplemental lease agreement prior to check-in.

☆ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 0 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 0 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest
