Sea Haven Villa is a completely renovated, 2-story penthouse villa at Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina. Beautiful ocean front and marina views from the large picture windows, and just steps away from the soft sands of Sapphire Beach.

The entire villa has been newly renovated with a modern aesthetic. The villa offers wide open living spaces with a private upstairs and downstairs balconies with views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands.

The villas main level has a wide-open living space to relax on the plush couch with a large screen TV or spend your time around the gorgeous new quartz counter tops or kitchen table. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware to make meals on the brand-new stove top, toaster oven and microwave. A brand new Keurig coffee is stocked with a diverse selection of coffee pods and ready for your morning brew. If you prefer the more-professional touch, the Beach Buzz Coffee Bar is a short walk away for lattes and many breakfast options. We we are staying at the Villa, my wife goes walks over to The Beach Buzz every morning and comes back a new woman!

The villa also has new floors on the main level as well as the upstairs. Enjoy lounging on the spacious main level balcony as you look out to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. You always feel like you are experiencing the beauty of the Caribbean with the floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. The main level also has a full bathroom with large shower.

Walk up the beautiful mahogany wood stairs to the second level of the villa and into the bedroom. The bedroom has soaring 18 feet ceilings with gorgeous wood beams. There is also a large new fan to keep you cool as you drift off to sleep in the spacious and brand new king size Sealy memory foam mattress. The second level also has its own private balcony. Drink your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise or sip sunset cocktails in the evening. There`s AC too!

A second full bathroom with a rain shower is located on the second floor of the villa adjacent to the bedroom. Relax and read a book in the cozy chair in the corner of the bedroom or watch TV on the upstairs flat screen TV. There is plenty of space to spread out and unpack with double dressers in the bedroom and a closet to hang your things.

Several places at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina have two bedrooms upstairs and sleep 6. If you need to sleep 6, but all means, rent one of these units instead of mine! However, all units at Sapphire Beach and Marina are the same size in terms of square feet. A two-bedroom upstairs might be nice if you want two bedrooms. But we have a large master suite in the same space as other folks squeezed two bedrooms. Make sure you getting what you need in terms of sleeping adults. If you are two adults, or two adults plus kids, you`ll appreciate our full, luxurious master suite!

Overview of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina

Seaside Paradise Villa is located in building F at the Sapphire Beach and Marina Resort, just steps away from the beach. It has a beautiful breeze that comes off from the marina and you can watch the boats come and go. The vibe around this part of the resort is peaceful and calm where you can enjoy a true Caribbean getaway. As you walk from your villa towards the Sapphire Beach Bar, things start to transition from `peaceful` to `happening!` One of the nest things about this location is you can easily walk to `happening,` but when you`re ready to go back to your villa for some peace and quiet, you can leave the `happening` behind. With that said, Sapphire Beach Bar is quite the place, with regular live music and a monthly `full moon` party that is a must-have experience if you are staying during that part of the month. But all week, Sapphire is the place to be!

There are many options for activities and entertainment right on the premises. In addition to the beach, there is a pool that is for exclusive use by guests of the resort and overlooks the water. The water sport hut, directly on the beach, offers rentals for snorkel gear, kayaks and paddleboards.

Start off your day at The Beach Buzz Coffee Bar for your daily caffeine fix and many breakfast options.

In the afternoon, check out the Sapphire Beach Resort Bar and Grill, serving up burgers, tacos, salads and of course cocktails like the Virgin Island special the Painkiller. Just around the corner from the beach bar, there`s a 2nd bar and a pizza place. A short walk up the hill is Sudi’s Caribbean Grill, which also offers additional lunch and dinner options and a bar. One beach, many options!

The new Sapphire Beach bar is full of exciting afternoon and evening entertainment options with cabanas, cocktails and live music in the evenings! It sits right on the beach and overlooks the water.

Location, location, location!

Sea Haven Villa is located on the East End of St. Thomas island, just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Red Hook. There is also a safari bus stop at the top of the hill that you can take into Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie for $1. The villas location is central to all of the things you will want to see and do!

In Red Hook, you can find grocery stores, shops, restaurants and more. The ferry is also located in Red Hook for access to St. John day trips or other islands you may be visiting during your stay.

The marina at Sapphire Beach and Marina Resort is also a one stop shop for day boat charters, fishing excursions and snorkel tours.

Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is a gated community with a 24-hour security guard on the premises.

Beach towels and a cooler are provided free of charge with the villa rental.

Complimentary lounger beach chairs are provided for the beach by a Sapphire Beach attendant and placed in your spot of choice daily.

Plenty of free parking right at the unit!

There is an onsite taxi stand available that can take you where you need to go.

**Since St. Thomas is an island, the power grid can be unpredictable at times. Power outages can occur from time to time and Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina does not have a generator. No refunds as a result of this.
