Amazing property in paradise

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! Mike was amazing with providing us with great recommendations ahead of time and responded very quickly anytime I had a question! They go above and beyond as hosts and the property is very well taken care of!

Great location with gorgeous views!

We just returned from a week at this lovely condo in Sapphire Village. The VRBO listing & photos depicted are accurate. We solely booked this condo based on the 10/10 reviews and the location (close to Red Hook ferry to St. John). The amazing island and sea views from the balcony were breathtaking. I spent the majority of my time on the balcony when we were in the condo. As other guests have stated, Mike’s Condo was very clean, (my #1), had nicely appointed island artwork & updated finishes. We appreciated Mike’s eye for detail… condo organization, stocked supplies, instructional labels on ceiling fans, light switches, kitchen appliances, etc. These details made it very easy to acclimate to the condo upon our arrival. The bed was also very comfortable & we slept well after sun drenched days on the islands. The location was ideal for us as we spent 3 days island hopping to St. John via the Red Hook ferry. We highly recommend booking a catamaran day cruise on the Lady Lynsey which departs from the Ritz Carlton. It was spectacular and worth the price for a first class experience. We ate at Sudi’s restaurant (on-site) 4x during our week. Very convenient, reasonably priced and they had the freshest salads and fish tacos than anywhere else on the island. We dined at Oceana and Prime restaurants… both were very good, but expensive. I would spend my money on island excursions over pricey restaurants next time. We had a fabulous week & are reserving for next year! Thanks Mike. C&T

Great Stay in Saint Thomas!

Condo was exactly as described, super clean and in a great location! Thoughtful extra amenities including beach chairs, bag, cooler and snorkels made it easy to enjoy walking to the beach

Excellent Stay

This placed was as advertised and a comfortable place to relax when we were not touring the island. Everything needed for amenities were there for our use. Mike checking in on us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and could not have asked for a better stay.

Incredible week at Sea-N-Islands

Absolutely everything is as described! Condo is beautifully appointed with every amenity you need to have a fabulous week on the beautiful beaches. Sudi’s is convenient for a quick bite or cocktail. Looking out over the sapphire water is stunning. Upper pool right out your door is quiet and relaxing. Owner is excellent to work with and left terrific recommendations. This was our second stay at Sapphire Village and will be back to this unit!

Tropical Paradise!

Amazing location and quality accommodations! Condo is well appointed, clean, and has all the amenities you could ask for. Location is perfect, great views, and close to the beach and Red Hook for restaurants, bars, activities, or ferry to spend the day in St. John. We will definitely return. Paradise in Sapphire Beach

This was our first visit to the Caribbean. It was the perfect start. The property was clean, well organized, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was also in a prime location. Close to Red Hook to do shopping, and maybe 8 min walk to Sapphire Beach. Mike has thought of everything to make your stay go just right. He was very easy to communicate with and very thorough in his information before arrival. The marina was right outside our condo as well, which made boat trips easy. Plus Sudi's was also steps from our door to grab a drink or good food. We hope to be back very soon!!

Gorgeous Property

Amazing views and everything you need for your stay plus more! Beautifully decorated condo was close to beaches and the ferry to St. John. Sudi's was the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner. I would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in lots of VRBO's throughout the Caribbean and this one is by far the absolute best!

Gorgeous Condo with Ocean View

We had an amazing experience at Sea~N~Island. We felt like we were home away from home. The color scheme and style of the condo is everything that we loved. The view that we woke up to every morning is breath taking. The condo is fully stocked with high end supplies. There are restaurants, supermarket and beaches close by. Book your stay here you won't go wrong.

Paradise for sure!

Everything about this condo was absolutely perfect--from the location to the amenities, decor, cleanliness, and host--everything was top-notch. The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. Gorgeous setting with two beautifully maintained pools and a wonderful little bar and grille within walking distance. Can't wait to return!

Perfect Place to stay

Mike is a great host. He is very informative and easy to communicate with. The condo is very clean.The A/C works great. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. There is satellite tv with alot of channels. Great views from the balcony. The location is great. It visit close to red hook, Linquist and coki beach. Perfect place for us. Thank you Mike

Gem of a Sapphire Beach Condo!

We felt lucky to have found this gem of a condo! Mike was an exceptional host. Always answered our questions timely and with detail - also thought of things we may have not had in mind. Condo was very comfortable. From the bed, living area and kitchen - all was very well thought out and organized. Loved all the storage! We did not rent a car, but was easy to either call or walk down to Sapphire Beach to grab a taxi. Only note to others is if you are unable to walk up steep hills I would rent a car.

The property was just as described!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Everything was clean and very well organized. Really liked the labeling of stuff throughout the Condo. Saudis for breakfast or lunch/dinner just a short walk away, taxi service to anywhere on the island a phone call away. Had a minor issue with the safe, texted Mike and he promptly replied and had the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Seemed like he was waiting for us to text or call :). My fiancée and I could not be happier! Will book again for sure next time to the island.

Beautiful view, convenient location

My husband and I visited Sea N Islands on our honeymoon/babymoon and had a wonderful time! What a great location — so close to great beaches like Sapphire and Lindquist beach as well as the Red Hook area. The property was beautiful, just like the pictures. The view from the place was fantastic and hard to capture how beautiful through only a photograph. Mike sent us a wonderful guide of restaurants and beaches that helped steer us in the right direction. As a first time visitor, I think this was the perfect place. They have everything you need to feel like a (vacation) home away from home. We traveled to St.John for a day at snorkeled at Trunk bay. Definitely recommend :) It was really nice to have beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear provided by the hosts. Thank you guys again for such an amazing trip! We hope to come back!

Picture Perfect!!!

This property was truly AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice! Very clean, well stocked with beach gear, cook ware, kitchen utensils and paper products. Mike was fantastic to work with. Awesome communicator! He provided a great check in package full of excellent information!!! The king size bed was SUPER comfortable! Having a washer and dryer right in the condo was awesome as well! We will DEFINITELY go back! Thanks for everything!

The condo is as beautiful as in the pictures. It was very clean and the decorations were absolutely beautiful. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. This is the perfect condo! It is in a great location near the beach and a short drive to the restaurants at Red Hook. Mike has helpful notes throughout the condo that come in handy. We spent a few days in paradise enjoying the beaches and sites. I cannot thank Mike enough for responding to messages and supplying useful information relating to the beaches, attractions, and restaurants, etc. He is a Perfect host who takes pride in his condo and wants to make his guests feel comfortable. I would definitely love to book with Mike again in the future. Thanks Mike for everything!

A perfect stay on Sapphire beach

The condo is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, near Red Hook, right next to amazing Linquist beach and Sapphire beach. It even has a restaurant on site - Sudi's where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mike is an exceptional host - very responsive, very reachable. He made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in with us even when he was on his own vacation. Our family had an amazing week staying at Sea-N-Islands.

A little slice of Paradise

As first time travelers to STT and St. John, we considered ourselves lucky to find this gem of a condo. Perfectly located near Sapphire Beach and the Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. The condo was beautifully decorated in a sophisticated island vibe. He thought of everything including the “sand brush” that we used every day not to track sand into his beautiful space and our rental car - something so simple but “ingenious”. However, the real jewel was Mike himself, very welcoming and always available to answer our questions. All his recommendations were spot on. He was invaluable in helping us navigate a potential flight cancelation off the island going over and beyond to make sure we got off the island, but if not, helpful in finding other accommodations. Mike is truly the “hidden gem” of this condo. He sets the bar “high” on how to be a thoughtful and fabulous host.

We thoroughly enjoy renting out our Caribbean get-a-way Sea~N~Islands --- largely because of wonderful guests we've hosted. You're next....why not? In addition to our wonderful Canadian guests we've just loved having our New England, Mid-West, Carolina, Florida, California and even our Cape Town South Africa guests come and 'warm their souls' in the Caribbean.

We're two semi-retired bankers who sail the Virgin Islands as often as we can. We just love Marina Cay, Anegada, Bitter End, Jost Van Dyke and Norman island. We always find time to enjoy time our condo before or after a BVI sailing trip.

The views are what we came for and the views are what we deliver. A constant "island show' takes place each day in watching the sail and fishing boats pass by, the palms sway in the breeze and the waves coming ashore. Rainbows are almost guaranteed.

Our building is very convenient to the upper pool… consider it your private oasis as many times you'll be the only ones there! In seconds you can be back in the condo for lunch, freshen your drink or take a much deserved nap!

Sapphire Village has THE prime location on St. Thomas. Just 25 minutes from the airport and boasts stunning views, nice breezes and close proximity to world class beaches, fabulous restaurants and popular water activities.

Sea~N~Islands is full of amenities not often found in a typical rental condo -- retreat inspired king master bedroom with a door for privacy, premium furniture, fully stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, glasses etc.) and all the beach accessories one should need!!

Guests have described us as the most complete and well organized condo they've stayed in. We try hard to please!!

All of the furnishings are top quality and inspired by our travels around the islands. Local art, exciting colors, focus on comfort.
