This charming property is steps from the ocean, offers a comfortable outdoor relaxing space, and features accommodations for 6 guests, making it the perfect choice for your next beach getaway!

The first thing you and your travel companions will want to do when you arrive is head straight out to the private deck where you can take in the unobstructed views of the sparkling bay and regal mountains.

In the evening, sip on your favorite beverage, enjoy the fire pit as you watch the nightly fireworks & the twinkly lights on the bay. You can cook out on the gas grill and enjoy your delicious meal at the outdoor dining table for an al fresco experience while basking in the local beauty.

Back inside, prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the nearby dining table. The kitchen island also offers a convenient gathering spot for your travel mates to keep the cook company at the two swivel chairs.

Watch your favorite program, sports, etc. on the flat-screen cable TV while relaxing on the sofa and enjoy the soft heat of the gas fireplace on chilly nights.

A Great Family Vacation!

Amazing views! Great kitchen, everything is organized and available. Large washer and dryer. Elevator available upon request. Tough parking for a large vehicle but, doable.

Great location with great views of the Bay!

Great location. We rode bikes and walked everywhere we went. Communication was great with owner. Place was clean and very well stocked kitchen. We used the grill and fire pit, which was great to have. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Great place!

Great place!

If you are looking for a place to just relax, and enjoy the beautiful water views, this is your place! Comfortable, clean, and absolute wonderful communication from the host, you will definitely enjoy your stay. From the outdoor firepit overlooking the bay, to the spaciousness of the indoors, you’ll be very relaxed and happy. Great location to many local shops and restaurants!

SAN 2025

Excellent Mission Bay location with excellent views of the bay per online listing. Bring your binoculars! Check-in process very easy. Owner makes follow-up contact to verify all is in working order. Parking in area is very challenging, but this location accommodated our 2024 KIA Telluride fairly easily especially with 2 car tandem parking. Couple of good nearby restaurants & coffee shop are short walking distance away. Condo was “worth every dime”.

Our new go to place!

This is such a beautiful place! My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was immaculate and the set up with perfect. And the views…. Just wow! Suzi the host was great and we will definitely be back!

Incredible patio time

The location is great as you can walk to almost everything including a very short walk to the ocean. The condo is very roomy and has everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Our favorite part was relaxing on the patio overlooking the bay, watching boats, people and the jumping Mullet fish. I absolutely want to stay here again.

A gem in Mission Beach

Our family loved staying at Suzi’s beach condo! The place was clean and stocked with beach toys, towels, nice chairs and tons of cooking/ grilling supplies. Suzi was a wonderful, accommodating and organized host. The condo had the best view of Mission Bay to relax, watch the kids and have coffee in the am or a drink at sunset. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Bay Views to Die For

The views from the deck are incredible, sunrise in particular. This property has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. Super kitchen; great living space; well appointed bedrooms; even beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. But the deck! You'll be spending most of your time on the spacious deck, overlooking Mission Bay. This property is a grand slam.

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot on the bay for our family gathering. Enjoyed watching the boating activity and the breakfast entertainment of many pelicans diving for their breakfast each day. Great walking path around the bay and our bocce ball competitions on the beach right out front. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the unit is very comfortable and well maintained. Easy check in/out.

Outstanding!

Awestruck from the moment we entered the condo. The decor beautiful, so many nice touches added. Great space for family inside and out. Everything provided to make beach time fun. Owner Suzi wonderful to communicate with. Listing most accurate from any we've stayed at previously in San Diego.

Perfect location

If I could have given this place more than 5 stars for location I would have! So close you feel as though you’re on the beach. The apartment is light and spacious and has everything you need, especially in the well equipped kitchen. The terrace is perfect for morning yoga and evening drinks. So many fantastic things to do in the area. The Gocity pass was great for families. Suzi was a helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Relax and Enjoy

Fantastic view, great patio with nice furniture and fireplace with plenty of propane. Conveniently located to great restaurants and grocery store. Easy check in and check out. Parking a little tight, but workable. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you can imagine using as well as plenty of pots, pans and casserole dishes. Suzi, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful.

Family birthday celebration

The condo was very spacious, clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for us to cook home meals. The patio was fabulous! It was so nice to be on the Harbor side and not have the wind, yet have the ocean 1 block away. THe taco place right around the corner is fabulous!! Coffee shop local. WIFI worked well for those working from home. Well equiped for beach wi chairs, booogie boards, etc.

Awesome place

Extremely clean. Right on the Bay the view is amazing. The owner was easy to work with and she gave suggestions of places to see. This place had everything. The kitchen had everything in the world The beds were comfortable. Even though no cable (we didn’t watch much tv) there was plenty to watch. There were 4 adults and we had a great stay. Oh the patio is awesome. Look at the bay. Watch the water life. You would be very comfortable here. Lots of room
