Great location for our stay near the beach. Host was very helpful making check-in easy. Host also provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach! We would definitely stay again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful, serene and breathtaking. My dad, 92, visited, he sat on the balcony the whole time, soaked in the beauty and said hello to the passersby. My adopted grandkids and parents visited and we played in the ocean and bay. I live in San Diego and I know a good spot when I see it. I will definitely be back. Best staycation ever!

Very nice place right on the bay with lots of near by attractions to visit with the kids. Also lot’s of good dining options within walking distance and good communication with the host (Chris). Looking forward to hopefully doing it again next year!

This is the sixth time that we have returned to this property for our annual Mission Bay vacation. Bay front property. Property is on the 2nd floor so that gives you more privacy than being in a ground floor unit. Kitchen very well equipped. The hosts are excellent and very responsive if any problem pops up.

We loved our stay at the condo! From the amazing view to the kid-friendly amenities, we were able to relax and enjoy the area. Communication was great and after the holiday weekend passed, it was fairly quiet at night.

Beautiful property on the bay with a short walk to the ocean. Perfect for families with small children like ours. Love that it came with toys, books, a kayak, bicycles, boogie boards, and an unbeatable view.

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Easy to walk for miles along the bay or ocean. So many great restaurants within walking distance. Great host with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, the condo was clean and well stocked, and communication was excellent. She even let us check in early, which was a nice bonus. The location was fabulous on the bayside, but this is where Mission Beach narrows, so the beach just a street away in the other direction. Also, the beach was noticeably less crowded than other areas. Don't expect everything to be brand new, but it was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed (even quarters for laundry we didn't use but they were provided!)The only note I would give the manager is install keyless entry. Having like 4 separate keys was not ideal for the beach. It would have been fabulous to have just had a code to the door. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best stays and experiences we have had with VRBO. The place and the hosts were amazing! Easy to reach, helped with whatever we needed, genuine people always make it so much better. It’s such a fun little place to just hang out at my kids loved it and played at the bay right in front. Hands down would stay here again next year when we return.

This was a quiet, spacious and nice condo that worked well for our family of 5. It had everything we needed for the beach, cooking dinner, little toys, and even little travel size shower stuff. Owners were very nice and responsive. Lots of towels, pillows and extra bedding. I would definitely love to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The ocean is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Book your stay at the bay now!! This condo was equipped with everything and more that we needed for our 3 year old toddler and 1 year old baby. We utilized the high chair, so many kids toys and books, stroller, kids plates, bibs, cups and utensils, beach toys, and so many other things that we didn’t have a chance to use! Tons of dishes, spices, oil, coffee maker, toaster. We ate here quite a few nights and always had what we needed. We honestly could have packed less because of everything that was in the unit. Laundry is coin operated in the lower level of the building, but they even left coins and detergent to use which was so thoughtful (and obviously necessary with my travel companions). The sand on the bay side was so nice and my girls played in the shallow parts of the water. Truly a three minute walk to the ocean beach with a 4 way stop to help. Excellent location - 15 minutes to the airport, zoo, downtown. Lots of great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood.

Wonderful stay, all the conveniences of home and nice beach amenities in the unit to make it an easy to enjoy beach time as well. Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping was perfect. The bay side provided nice water views with peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Highly recommend and the owners were very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of Mission Bay. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

Great View! Fair price, Clean and Family friendly area. Rented this place for our family visiting from Texas. We walked over to the other part of Mission (Beaches and Belmont Park) and my family preferred the rental area location due to calm, quiet and less crowded vibe. At night you can see the SeaWorld Drone show from the property. There’s no AC but the breeze and cool air at night feels fresh. Parking is plenty for 2nd car and there’s a designated parking spot for one car. Overall, Host very communicative and accommodations are great. We’ll definitely stay here again! Thank You!
