Beautiful place. Great location!

This place was amazing. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, great view and right in the middle of everything. Great communication with the owners as well. Will definitely be back and would recommend it to anybody.

We normally stay a few houses down but it wasn't available. This property didnt disappoint with the simple things available. Sand toys, chairs, bikes, boggie boards. The two things that were slightly disappointing was the lack of bath towels available. It didnt help that the unit didnt have a washer and dryer inside to wash the towels and get rid of the wet smell. Overall I would still recommend.

Visiting fron NJ to see my son in USMC

Wonderful property. Clean, extremely well stocked for activities from young children to adults. Easy checkin and out. Plenty of extra towels. Full kitchen. We loved sitting on the balcony in yhe evening. During our stay in late May no need for air conditioning as the full sliding doors open and there is a wonderful breeze that comes in off the bay.The owners are super nice and were very nice when we called for some additional information. There are many excurtions in the area. Sea World, Sunset Cliff Park, La Jolla Tide Pools, Balboa Park (go early as its hard to find parking), Belmont Park, swimming in the bay right outside your door or two blocks up tbe boardwalk and Mission Beach.The o ly suggestion I have for future visitors is to be aware of the parking spots. My sons car was a little large and it took us a few times to navigate pulling in. But once we did it was fine. I highly recommend this rental for family's, couples or a relaxing trip with friends.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property. Well stocked! Liked being on the bayside, nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Belmont Park, stores including groceries. Chris, the host was easy to reach and left easy to follow directions and information;)

Best place to stay on Mission Bay

Best place to stay on Mission Bay-close to wonderful restaurants and activities. Beautiful condo, well stocked with supplies and clean. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. Gorgeous view. Thank you Chris & Lisa for being wonderful hosts.

Awesome Place, Beautiful View

I have stayed as numerous condos and houses at Mission Bay, and this is one of if not the best. Very spacious, incredible view, and very clean. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Great spot in a great neighborhood

In town for a regatta our daughter was participating in, property was an easy walk to Mission Bay Yacht Club and several restaurants. Was clean, comfortable, has a great view of the bay and a beach right out the front door.

A wonderful stay

Awesome location, right on the bay with views of the ocean. We used their kayak, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler daily. We enjoyed being close to PB with lots of restaurants nearby and some shopping. Close walk to Belmont. We also walked to the Bahia and rented a pontoon and paddle boards. Enjoyed the luau at the Catamaran. Quick drive to La Jolla. Great communication with owners, easy check in/out. Beautiful, comfortable home. Did not want to leave!

Very relaxing

Family vacation

Like Home

We came to celebrate my husband's 79th birthday. Walked in and felt right at home. Everything you could possibly think of was supplied and furnishings were so comfortable. Bikes, a kayak, and a paddle board were provided which was terrific. It was my husband's first time on a paddle board as well as a "hard" kayak...he had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

Mission Bay Vacation

This is our 3rd annual vacation to this property. Perfect place and location on Mission Bay. Bay front property on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor condo. Living room directly faces the bay with full glass doors opening to a perfect balcony. Kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Very quiet and restful - little back-alley noise.

The condo was very comfortable, clean, spacious, had everything we needed.

Nice view from the balcony. It was quiet and private. We had a couple of issues but they were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction by the owners of the condo which gave us the occasion to meet them. They were very friendly and helpful.

Family vacation

This place was awesome right on the bay. We happen to be there during a tropical storm Hillary, so we lost one day but were able to walk around which was fun location everything was awesome. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go. Lisa was awesome. She helped us with everything we needed to know and she was just a phone call away,

Beautifully located, peaceful in the evenings.

We loved the property! It is equipped with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms clean and spacious. Towels were thick not flimsy thin. Kitchen was well equipped also. No musty smell in this beach property. The family room was great, couch and recliners are soft and you can take an afternoon nap in them. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home!

Great location, well equipped but a bit worn

We enjoyed a short family trip to this home over fall break. A lot of positive comments for this property. Our group really appreciated the location and view of Mission Bay plus the 2 bikes that we used several times. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Also, the resident neighbor was very friendly which is not always the case with VRBO properties. A few things could be improved though. The furniture was a little worn, and the light plush carpet was dingy - understandable for a beach home, but the materials should be probably replaced with things that can be cleaned better. The primary suite is large, but the sinks are on the carpet and the shower/toilet room is a bit tight. Overall, a very nice property with great location and amenities - just a little more worn than similar rentals close by. We would stay here again, but probably not pay top dollar.

The perfect place!

We loved this location! It is on the bay side but we prefer a peaceful bay with boats and it faces the sunrise, perfect for sitting and having coffee in the morning! So clean! Pretty art for the San Diego lover! Every room has an awesome t.v. And you can watch the fireworks every night at Sea World from your patio! Mattresses are great! Endless hot water for a relaxing shower! Comfy furniture! It was perfect for us! No complaints!
