Wonderful Condo!

The condo had a pretty view of the bay. The condo had many upgrades to the home, and was very clean. The owner lives across the street if I needed anything. My son ran into one of the owners and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved our stay. The view was gorgeous. The apartment had ample space for the four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (towels, boogie boards, chairs) when we walked the short stroll to the ocean side. The pictures pretty accurately captured the space, though it actually seemed slightly more spacious than we expected. The bay side was nice and quiet. We noticed when we walked along the boardwalk on the ocean side that it was much busier and had a bit more of a party atmosphere. The bay side where the apartment is felt much quieter. The only things to be aware of is the parking space is a bit tight so larger vehicles will be harder to manage, and there were lots of ants. We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and made it work, though it was a bit of a squeeze. We also lost some food due to ants getting into packages one night, so keep things sealed up well. A few ant traps around may have helped with that. The host was also very responsive to any questions or requests we had and also responded very quickly. My daughter even bumped into one of the owners one afternoon and said she was friendly and super nice as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if we're ever planning to be in the area. This is definitely a place I can recommend.

Great location, well equipped but a bit worn

We enjoyed a short family trip to this home over fall break. A lot of positive comments for this property. Our group really appreciated the location and view of Mission Bay plus the 2 bikes that we used several times. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Also, the resident neighbor was very friendly which is not always the case with VRBO properties. A few things could be improved though. The furniture was a little worn, and the light plush carpet was dingy - understandable for a beach home, but the materials should be probably replaced with things that can be cleaned better. The primary suite is large, but the sinks are on the carpet and the shower/toilet room is a bit tight. Overall, a very nice property with great location and amenities - just a little more worn than similar rentals close by. We would stay here again, but probably not pay top dollar.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property. Well stocked! Liked being on the bayside, nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Belmont Park, stores including groceries. Chris, the host was easy to reach and left easy to follow directions and information;)

Another GREAT Week in Mission Bay

We have been coming to Mission Bay for over forty years. First many years to Lido Court but that property is now gone. Now this property at the corner of Manhattan Ct and Bayside Walk for the past four years. This property is GREAT!!. 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, nice living and fully stocked kitchen with a front deck facing the bay. Great location plus very quiet. Very clean and with everything provided, great Wi-Fi for being semi-connected while still on Vaca. My fav is the deck overlooking the peaceful bay - perfect place to read a book and enjoy a beer in full shade - does not get any better. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful stay

Awesome location, right on the bay with views of the ocean. We used their kayak, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler daily. We enjoyed being close to PB with lots of restaurants nearby and some shopping. Close walk to Belmont. We also walked to the Bahia and rented a pontoon and paddle boards. Enjoyed the luau at the Catamaran. Quick drive to La Jolla. Great communication with owners, easy check in/out. Beautiful, comfortable home. Did not want to leave!

Like Home

We came to celebrate my husband's 79th birthday. Walked in and felt right at home. Everything you could possibly think of was supplied and furnishings were so comfortable. Bikes, a kayak, and a paddle board were provided which was terrific. It was my husband's first time on a paddle board as well as a "hard" kayak...he had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

Best place to stay on Mission Bay

Awesome Place, Beautiful View

I have stayed as numerous condos and houses at Mission Bay, and this is one of if not the best. Very spacious, incredible view, and very clean. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Perfect peaceful but not boring location!

Our family loved our 5 night stay in this adorable condo as a hub for exploring San Diego's incredible variety of activities. The listing is exactly as advertised, and in the ideal location. Having a reserved parking spot is super helpful in this area as well. For anyone looking to be part of the action during the day, and then having a restful retreat at night, I would encourage you to stay on the Mission Bay side. The path outside of this condo is quiet and the morning sunrise is a stunner. The Mission Beach path is frenetic and on top of hundreds of people bustling about - which is fun to visit, but great to leave as well! Thank you to Chris and Lisa for providing a wonderful rental for our vacation! I highly recommend!

Spacious, comfortable beach house

We loved our stay and will return! Comfy, spacious, and quiet with a great view to wake up to. The 2 beach cruisers were a fun way to explore the neighborhood.

Perfect family getaway

Better than pictured and described here. The view was amazing. Location was quiet yet within walking distance to all the hotspots. Amenities were plentiful. Host was accommodating and responsive. Great weekend with the family! Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful!

Wonderful property! Really great location, several minute walk to Belmont Park. Nice big parking space. Quiet block over looking the bay which is the quieter side with morning sun. Internally the apartment is fully stocked, and I mean fully stocked! Full kitchen equipment, utensils, pots and pans, condiments, large fridge and cupboard of oils, salt, herbs etc. It has a full range of beach equipment - toys, chairs, umbrella, kayaks etc. Cable TV, Netflix, Chromecast facility, TV in both bedrooms and main living room. The owners Chris and Lisa are most generous, responsive and obviously care about the property and were accommodating of my request for extended check in and check out times. They even leave coins and washing tablets for the laundry! Cant fault it, great experience in a perfect location for local facilities and restaurant. Everything you could want!

Love it!

Our stay was wonderful. Check-in was easy. The condo kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you could need. Needs we're very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We had a fantastic time! The views were fabulous! We enjoyed watching all the boats come in and out! We went for a bike ride! We went kayaking along with paddle boarding! (The neighbor was so gracious with letting us use the other kayak and the paddle board) we also enjoyed the beach chairs out on the beach! I mean this place had everything and more that you would ever need! I definitely recommend this place! I can’t wait until next year! Lol we will be back! Oh and believe it or not we did not even need air conditioning! Beautiful breeze throughout the condo!

Mission Bay Vacation

This is our 3rd annual vacation to this property. Perfect place and location on Mission Bay. Bay front property on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor condo. Living room directly faces the bay with full glass doors opening to a perfect balcony. Kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Very quiet and restful - little back-alley noise.

Family vacation

This place was awesome right on the bay. We happen to be there during a tropical storm Hillary, so we lost one day but were able to walk around which was fun location everything was awesome. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go. Lisa was awesome. She helped us with everything we needed to know and she was just a phone call away,
