Dip into 1 of 5 hot tubs, cool off in 2 sparkling pools (one is heated for those cool winter days).
Challenge friends to a tennis match, pickleball rally, or bocce ball showdown. Craving nightlife, history, and culinary delights? Walk to restaurants or take a trolley in historic Old Town St. A.

This gated and pristinely maintained community allows direct access to the beach (without having to walk across A1A) and endless options for entertaining yourself on site.
Parking passes are $25 one time (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance (instructions and details sent before your stay).

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we own/host multiple properties in the area.
Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.

It's priced competitively with most upper-end local hotels but is equipped with two full baths, sleeping for 6, and a full kitchen. Decor is newly remodeled and clean, not "kitschy." Extremely comfortable without feeling like you're in someone else's home.
