Great location! Easy access to beach. Can’t beat it for the price. Condo itself was okay. If you can look past the overall dirty carpet, poor water pressure and peeling wallpaper in guest bathroom, slow draining sink and moldy shower curtain in master, then this is the place for you. The onsite contact was great. She was very responsive. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in master bathroom and no kitchen towels. She got those to us the next morning. We were out most of the days so this place worked for us. Plenty of bath towels. Beds were clean and for the most part comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well with necessary items.

View was only partial and second door that has dining area would not open. Carpet has stains and needs cleaning. Threshold into unit was severely damaged and needs replacing. My wife just about fell going into the unit.

Family get away

We were very happy with the property in general and the unit was perfect for us we have two grandchildren and they had so many toys and beach chairs that it was an amazing experience would recommend it and go back ourselves

Beautiful place and great location

The carpeting was disgusting! There were carpet stains throughout the condo and could tell it’s been that way for quite awhile. Charged a cleaning fee? That’s a joke. My husband sat on a toothpick that was in the couch. Also the towels were so thin and old they looked like rags. There wasn’t any soap, shampoo etc which is usually available in all the VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Mgmt is poor! On a good note, the beautiful beach was out our back door and many eateries close by.shampoo etc which is usually available in all of the other VRBOs I’ve stayed at.

Excellent property and location. Great for people who like a quiet setting. Steps from the beach, a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes to old St. Augustine. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was ocean front with partial view. Grandkids loved the pool and the bedroom. With 3 beds! One For each grandkid (ages 17,13and 9 ) Also made use of the provided bogie board in the ocean ! Thanks for allowing us to use your condo . Would definitely stay again !

Good location on the Beach

This is a really good location if you like the beach. The road next to the location is actually a beach access for autos to drive on the beach. There was a small snag at arrival as there had been a power outage, and elevators had to be reset and we were on the 4th floor. We went for a quick dinner and had no problems after that.

Beautiful

Awesome vacation spot

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and had everything needed. Beach access was easy and beach was beautiful. Close to historic St. Augustine which was a huge plus. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location, and spacious condo!

We loved the location of the condo. It had easy access to the beach and pool, and close proximity to restaurants. The condo was clean, but the bathrooms could use a few simple upgrades, like new shower curtains. Overall, this condo makes for a nice vacation!

Wonderful Condo at the beach

Stayed here for a birthday weekend. Condo was amazing! Entrance to drive on the beach is on the same road. Great location to visit all St Augustine has to offer. Highly recommend and will definitely book again! Owners are very accommodating!

Great Stay!

What a great place, two very spacious bedrooms, two outdoor spaces ( balconies), fully equipped kitchen and tons of kid toys and beach gear. Communication was timely and accurate, we had a small issue our third day, but Aaron, our guest contact, was so quick to help and fixed our issue in minutes!! Beach access was very convenient and the beach was lovely…highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the amazing city of St. Augustine.

The condo was in an excellent location. Furnishings were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses, dishes but could use better skillets and a pizza pan would be good. Only big complaint is the blinds for the windows. There were about 3 missing which let in a lot of light and no privacy.

Vacation

We were there in February 2024. The location was phenomenal and right where we wanted to be. Checkin was easy and everything is labeled for your convenience. The kids loved the pool and the beach. They had everything we needed and management was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our time and had fun sightseeing, visiting local restaurants amd even went down to disney world for a day!

Stay with grandkids

Had a wonderful vacation! Oceanfront with partial view! Grandkids (ages 17,13,9) loved the pool and the use of the Bogie board! I loved that they and plenty of room and the bedroom (3 beds ) was perfect ! The condo was away from the crowds but a short drive to get to area attractions. My only complaint would be carpet In the condo! But that’s a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay In your condo!!

Not for us! To many rules such as 1) Can’t use pool one hour before dusk and not until one hour after sunrise, No Exceptions! 2) No alcohol on beach, etc….If I was the owner, I would hire a new cleaning service.

Hi there, the right vacation home is everything, and we’re sorry this one wasn’t the best fit for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The condo association sets the pool hours, and because the pool is so close to the units, it closes at dusk to keep things quiet for families and residents in the evenings.-The City of St. Augustine has a no-alcohol ordinance for the beach. While this is outside the condo association and owner’s control, it’s in place to keep the beach family-friendly.-Regarding cleanliness, the cleaning team didn’t receive any concerns during your stay, but they’re always happy to respond immediately if notified of an issue.-An early check-in was requested but couldn’t be accommodated since another guest checked out that same morning.We appreciate your feedback, and we’re confident this home will continue to host many happy guests who enjoy the area and all it has to offer!

Great place by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great and we found everything we needed and more at the condo. There was a minor issue with the cleaning and there were clear instructions on how to contact the cleaners of any issues. We did not contact them because we were busy and chose not to. Overall, everything was great and we would stay here again. Hosts were a joy to stay with!
