Not for us! To many rules such as 1) Can’t use pool one hour before dusk and not until one hour after sunrise, No Exceptions! 2) No alcohol on beach, etc….If I was the owner, I would hire a new cleaning service.

Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay but disappointed in the beach stuff (chairs rusted out and broken, games not playable etc), the curtains were broken and falling down in the master bedroom (could re-hang them but then couldn't open them) and it lacked some basic essential household items that we usually expect to have to at least get started (dish soap, paper towels, etc). Plan to bring your own shampoos as only a one time use bottles are provided. But as stated we were comfy and enjoyed the beach vibe.

The condo was in an excellent location. Furnishings were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses, dishes but could use better skillets and a pizza pan would be good. Only big complaint is the blinds for the windows. There were about 3 missing which let in a lot of light and no privacy.

Good stay

Stay was nice. There was an issue with the washer, and it was broken, so that did cause a bit of a problem. The washer and dryer are also not in the unit, so you would have to go down to a community area to use it if it was working. They offered to bring fresh towels if needed. I just like to wash daily typically, and especially on vacation at the beach. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

Great vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was ocean front with partial view. Grandkids loved the pool and the bedroom. With 3 beds! One For each grandkid (ages 17,13and 9 ) Also made use of the provided bogie board in the ocean ! Thanks for allowing us to use your condo . Would definitely stay again !

Stay with grandkids

Had a wonderful vacation! Oceanfront with partial view! Grandkids (ages 17,13,9) loved the pool and the use of the Bogie board! I loved that they and plenty of room and the bedroom (3 beds ) was perfect ! The condo was away from the crowds but a short drive to get to area attractions. My only complaint would be carpet In the condo! But that’s a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay In your condo!!

Good location on the Beach

This is a really good location if you like the beach. The road next to the location is actually a beach access for autos to drive on the beach. There was a small snag at arrival as there had been a power outage, and elevators had to be reset and we were on the 4th floor. We went for a quick dinner and had no problems after that.

Family get away

We were very happy with the property in general and the unit was perfect for us we have two grandchildren and they had so many toys and beach chairs that it was an amazing experience would recommend it and go back ourselves

The Condo was mostly Good. Needs some TLC done some small fixes. We Enjoyed the Area and had a good time. Will come back next year. Left a note for the things that need done. Thanks ....Larry

Problems

We couldn't get in because the keypad wouldn't work. Got text how to use key. Only had one key for three adults to try and work around. Carpet in 2nd bedroom was dirty, and carpet in master bath was filthy. Had to wear shoes. None of us "stream" or use ROKU, so we had trouble with the TV use. Just wanted to watch CBS in the evening and couldn't. Otherwise, was fine.

Do Not this property or anything in Anastasia building

We arrived late Monday evening. We were awakened on Tuesday morning by jack hamming and men yelling. We got up to check the noise and we had two gentleman starring at us from scaffolding. This went on for our entire stay. The property management company Evolve.com refunded us $72.00 and the owner called to tell us noise happens and we made more money than him this year. We were driving back to Missouri and he offered to buy us a shrimp lunch. My husband is a first responder and I work in corporate world. We both really needed a relaxing vacation and this was NOT it. We also had two teenager girls with us that did not feel comfortable with coming out of the bedroom with two men starring through the windows everyday. The owner and property manager tried to tell us they were window washing and it was only one day. I have videos of the noise and scaffolding daily. To say the stay was disappointing and the way the complaint was handled is absolutely unacceptable.

Vacation

We were there in February 2024. The location was phenomenal and right where we wanted to be. Checkin was easy and everything is labeled for your convenience. The kids loved the pool and the beach. They had everything we needed and management was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our time and had fun sightseeing, visiting local restaurants amd even went down to disney world for a day!

Great Stay!

What a great place, two very spacious bedrooms, two outdoor spaces ( balconies), fully equipped kitchen and tons of kid toys and beach gear. Communication was timely and accurate, we had a small issue our third day, but Aaron, our guest contact, was so quick to help and fixed our issue in minutes!! Beach access was very convenient and the beach was lovely…highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the amazing city of St. Augustine.

Spring Stay

Positives: 1) Wonderful living area, balconies and kitchen; 2) Property location is terrific with easy, secure access to the beach; 3) Wonderful pool, common laundry that worked and was free and the general grounds were well-maintained; 4) great supply of equipment and toys for the beach. Negatives: 1) We were unable to contact the property manager via phone or text and tried multiple times; 2) Bath/ shower area had a very moldy shower curtain and rust was a problem within the tub/shower area; 3) Beds were uncomfortable and bottom sheets did not fit and came off the bed with any sleeping movement.

Beautiful, Clean Condo in a great location!!!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. Very kid friendly with beach toys and chairs provided. Also a toy chest in the guest room and a game closet full of games. Great location, short walk to the beach and beach views can be seen from the 4 season room. Beautiful sunsets from the living room balcony. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was the master bathroom tub was slow draining but the property manager was notified so hopefully that will be fixed for future guests. Also the tv did not have cable but plenty of movies were provided so we make it work. We would recommend this place to family and friends!!!!

Excellent property and location. Great for people who like a quiet setting. Steps from the beach, a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes to old St. Augustine. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for what we needed

Everything was perfect, accurately pictured or described, no complaints, would definitely stay again. The only slight hiccup we had at all was entering the gate at check-in the first time, and to be fair, that was entirely my fault for not reading thoroughly enough. But when I did have that slight problem, the host was immediately responsive (even though we arrived pretty late), and exceedingly patient, kind, and helpful. Recommend with no hesitation.
