Offered for the first time for a complete season in 2026-2027! Contact us for more details.
Two bedroom condo unit sleeps up to eight guests. Full kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Bedroom one has four single beds (two sets of bunks). Bedroom two has a queen size bed along to two single beds (one bunk). Gas fireplace in the living area. Cable TV and WIFI included. Ski locker is available for renter use in the lower level. Building one is closest to the pool building. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great home base for skiing Sunday River

Fantastic location to maximize ski time. Well appointed unit. Outdoor heated pool was a bonus for the kids.

It was everything we needed! First floor is nice for unloading. Beds were comfortable. Place was cozy! Just know that there is no keurig. They also only had decaf for the old school coffee maker. 1st world problems, until you meet my wife in the morning without coffee :)Place was great. Beds and furniture weren’t fancy, but were very comfy. 10 out of 10.

Great Auxiliary Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this unit for extra sleeping while also renting another condo in same building, same floor.So really didn't "live" there. I will say that we had a problem with the toilet and the rental company dealt with it immediately and it was remedied in just a few hours.

Great spot slopeside

Great little condo for the family right on the slopes. They are very accomodating and the place was super clean cozy. I would recommended bringing youre own toiletries, but maybe we didnt read the fine print. Would recommend to anyone going up to sunday river.

Sunday River Gem!

This condo was perfect for my family and me. It was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and even extras (board games, puzzles, etc.) to make us feel "at home!" The location is amazing and super convenient for skiing (we even had no snow until the last day, but it was very easy to get to the chair lifts, regardless.) I recommend this place to any and all that are looking forward to a getaway at Sunday River!

Great location and very nice condo with well-appointed kitchen, games and fireeplace. Very comfortable. Building itself is a bit dated. One bathroom a bit tight for 5 of us but manageable. 4 kids in bunkroom did not mind being in a pretty small room. Suggest room darkening shades and dishwasher detergent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time we are staying in this unit (first one was a few seasons ago). We love the North Peak Condos but unit 1-111 has been great - clean, warm, cozy. Allowing to use the ski locker and changing area was a huge bonus.
