This propert has the best view ever on the rooftop deck! The deck has a nice table with chairs and a large BBQ grill to use. Very cute place. A bit outdated but still very comfortable and cozy. Top floor is a hike but worth the trek after you get there. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully do some kayaking next time.

The facility is a little aged. However it is extremely comfortable and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental to my friends and family.

Condo is... dated.. Good: on LakeBad: no instructions on which door to go in, HOT(summer stay), deck had a sign "use at your own risk", dogs barking. Maybe listing issue but no linens. Yes they state it so I am not basing my stars on it.

Serene lake view

Place was great. Listened to loons. Lots of stairs for older me. Didn’t know till got final instructions I had to bring sheets and towels. Cupboards had good supplies. Cute rustic decor. Menus, travel guides, some books and games were nice. Didn’t even go to second floor. Bed comfy on main floor. If you have lots of stuff to carry in, need to consider the steps. But quiet and comfortable.

Great Location, Bigger Than Expected!

The condo is very conveniently located to both Mt Abram and Sunday River. Amenities in the condo are clean and ready to use. Nice big living room, great double outside decks overlooking the pond! Inside was very clean and spacious. The appliances were dated, but perfectly functional. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for skiing Mt Abram

With condo being less than 10 minutes from Mt Abram it was an ideal location! Information and communication with the owner was great! It was included in the instructions and very clearly noted that we needed to bring all our own linens, that was the only downside because it was extra stuff to pack (and as a family of 5 skiing already had quite a bit) and then make all the beds on arrival, just something to consider when booking. Everything else was perfect!

Comfortable simple condo

This is an older condo unit, but we found it quite comfortable with new mattresses and a very workable layout. We would definitely stay here again. While this isn’t right next to Sunday River it is still a close easy drive and was a good location for a weekend ski trip.

Peaceful spot

Nice stay on the lake. The top floor can be tough to haul a cooler up and down but is worth the work for beautiful deck views! Excellent owner communication.

Beautiful Spot

We loved the location and the lake was beautiful. Communication was easy and the instructions to check in were clear. We just would wish we would have known there were not bed sheets available when we booked the rental. Also the AC units were a little unsightly while being in the apartment. Definitely a beautiful spot though.

fun lake weekend

The condo has amazing views and the deck and grill were awesome. We swam, canoed, and paddleboarded in the lake. Went into Bethel a few times to eat and saw some fun music at Mt. Abrams outdoor bar. Comfy place and bed. Cool roadside fresh mountain water taps to fill up your water bottles right down the highway. Heard looms on the lake too.

By the pond

Great stay by Bryant Pond. The water was good and we enjoyed the paddleboard and canoe available with the condo. Perfect situation to explore Bethel and all the hikes. The condo is also well equipped. Many thanks to George for is kindness.

Family Vacation

Myself, husband and two teens spent 4 nights here. We had a great time out on the water, exploring the area and enjoying the rooftop deck. There was plenty of space to hang together or spend time apart.

Lake Front Condo

Very roomy condo overlooking Bryant Pond. Rooftop deck with grill, nice touch. Easy dock access to pond for kayaking and another dock for playing in the water. Also, a nice lawn area for just relaxing and reading tour favorite book. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Ski Pad

Check-in was easy and communication with the property owner was great. Remember to bring your own bed linens and towels, and you'll have a great stay.
