Charming bungalow located in the heart of Montrose.. a short walk to restaurants, brew pubs, and groceries and only 75 min to Telluride! This adorable house has it all for either a weekend visit or a long term stay. Cozy bedroom, large bath, full kitchen and a comfy day bed that sleeps two!
Pets are welcome and there's a (small) dog door out to an enclosed outdoor space, plus a storage shed for your bikes, skis, fishing gear, etc!
Perfect for a couple, a family, or friends traveling together!

The kitchen was nicely equipped. The house was pet friendly as well. We basically had all of the comforts of home while not being at home.

Cutest little house o

We had the most fabulous stay at Tracy and Tom’s place in Montrose ! The location is perfect and so close to many fun things in Montrose and a lot of them in walking distance. The kitchen was super well stocked, we cooked every night and had everything we needed ! The house was very clean and well kept. There is also a cute little outdoor shared space with a grill and picnic table. The neighbors around were all very kind too. We will definitely be back!

Great Little Gem

Wonderful little cottage in the heart of Montrose. We explored Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP and hiked in Curecanti Nat' Rec Area. Kitchen was extremely adequate for all our needs. Nice grocery store a couple blocks.

Feel cramp for 2 person. Couldn’t find a space to place and open my luggage. The sitting bed in front of the TV was uncomfortable. The 6-8 pillows doesn’t make good back support nor arm rest. It was high, legs hanging in the air. The coffee table really low. I would suggest remove the round table the the high chairs. I keep hick on the chairs. It would be nice if we can use the closet but it is full of stuff. Appreciate the washer and dryer.
