Summary:
You can’t beat the location of this charming 2 bedroom condo in Park Place, across the street from the Blue River Plaza, in the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer! Start your day with a short walk to the Snowflake Lift or the Quicksilver Superchair for a day on the slopes. End your day with a dinner out at one of the many eateries and breweries found in the historic downtown only two blocks from the condo. This cozy home will be the perfect home base for your group to make memories!

The Space:
This bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vaulted ceiling condo provides the perfect mountain home ambiance for an inviting retreat for your stay. With an unbeatable location mixed with an open layout providing plenty of space to accommodate a group of 5, this home makes for an ideal place to explore and unwind.

The condo is located on the third floor of the complex. Opening the front door, you enter the front hallway, where you will find doors to bedroom suites on each side.

On the left is a foyer to the master bedroom, called the 'Moose Suite', and first bath, where you will find everything you need for a peaceful night of rest. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, sconce lighting, nightstands, and a built-in unit along the back wall with a dedicated office workspace, bookshelves, dresser drawers, and a TV/DVD. The bathroom features a double-sink vanity and, a separate area with toilet, steam shower, and washer/dryer unit for your use.

While connected to the master bedroom, there is a door to close off the space for privacy, as this bathroom can be accessed as a shared space.

Head back to the main hallway and enjoy the Colorado artwork as you take the few steps to the second bedroom suite on the left, called the 'Bear Suite'. As seen in the first bedroom/bathroom combo, you will again find a small foyer separating the two rooms for privacy.

In the spacious second bedroom you will find a queen bed and a twin bed providing sleeping space for your comfort. This cozy room has a welcoming vibe from the sleigh-style bed frames to the well-placed nightstands/dresser, curtains, and TV/DVD. You will want to curl up for a nap after you enter this space.

The 'Bear Suite' includes the roomy second bathroom, with a large single-sink vanity with ample storage space and a separate area for the toilet and shower/tub combo, thanks to the conveniently located sliding door.

Continuing a few steps farther down the main hall, you will arrive at the great room, dining room, and kitchen in an open-space perfect for groups to gather together no matter where in the area they are.

Take in the 15-foot vaulted ceilings of the living room as you relax on one of the three deep-seat sofas that surround the impressive stone-finished fireplace. Unwind for the night with a movie on the 55-inch Roku TV/DVD from the selection of 200 DVDs in the condo, or enjoy a game night with one of the games or puzzles provided for your enjoyment. Your group will love relaxing and catching up on the day in this area as you warm up by the beautiful fire enjoying the views all around, thanks to the large windows and glass patio doors in the space.

Through the sliding glass doors is the private outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. This space includes a natural gas grill, two patio chairs, and a small table so you can enjoy some dining alfresco or your morning cup of coffee.

Back inside, you will find the intimate dining area with a table and seating for six and a wall of windows looking straight out into the trees. The dining table serves as a convenient bridge between the living room and kitchen and is ideal for games, puzzles, snacks, and meals, making it easy to take part in the fun from either space. In the kitchen, you will find seating for three more in the kitchen bar, so your entire group can spread out in this space.

The kitchen is a bright space with a sleek, white tile backsplash and cabinets, large countertops for meal prep, and great views to the living and dining area. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that the kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal or favorite recipe, including a microwave, crockpot, and blender.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including free parking with a parking pass for two vehicles directly in front of the building. Guests can also enjoy the shared community hot tub with a capacity of 8 and the Upper Village Community swimming pool less than a block away.

The Neighborhood:
This centrally located condo places you near the best Breckenridge has to offer, placing you 0.3 miles to the heart of downtown Breckenridge and 0.3 miles to the nearest ski lift, the unique Snowflake Lift. Take a stroll through the historic downtown and discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan, be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center. In the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. Endless opportunities for mountain and outdoor adventures are within a few minutes of this condo - in the winter enjoy the 5 peaks and 187 trails at Breckenridge Ski Resort and in the summer hit the 100s of miles of hiking trails in the area. The unbeatable location of this condo ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
From the condo, you can easily walk to all the main attractions in the area - downtown Breck is within a 10-minute walk from this charming condo. Snowflake lift is only 0.3 miles away and will take you to your favorite ski resorts and the best ski runs in all of Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route only a short 3-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note:
This condo is located on the third floor and has 25 steps to reach the front door.
Like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C, but does have ceiling fans & box fans.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

Perfect spot for a ski vacation

This property was so much bigger than we thought, and everything was perfect. From the proximity to the Snowflake ski lift (almost able to ski all the way back), to the walking distance to town, to the amenities, we really loved our stay. The only small complaint for me was the pillows. For me, they were very uncomfortable, but I am sensitive, and they were fine for the others in my family.

Prime location and great space!

Ski trip perfection!! Easy walking distance to the Snowflake lift, prime location to downtown Breck, everything you could need and great communication with property manager.. only negative is not enough parking spaces for all the rentals.. had to sometimes be patient and wait for a space.

Spring ski ....

Thanks for letting us staying at your great place . Perfect place as it is in walking distance to the town and 10 minutes walk to the snowflake lift . ( And there is also a shuttle bus in front of the building ) . Owners allowed a late check out , thanks . The entire condo is very confi.... we enjoyed ! Best wishes from Zhihong and Christian

Good location; gets the job done

We've been coming to Breck for 15+ years, and you can't beat the location of this property. Walkable to town, and very close to the buses that take you anywhere. Accommodated our family very well. Loved the steam shower and the big, community jacuzzis. Overall, it's time to update this unit, however. Couches also need replaced, as they are very uncomfortable and have little depth. Other than that, it's great!

Superb location, very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The high ceilings make the condo even more spacious and comfortable. Additionally, it is literally a 3 minute walk, across a roundabout, over the creek, into the middle of main street. You will need to go up two flights of stairs each time to get to your third floor condo. But, we personally didn't mind, as it was a bit of consistent acclimatization and exercise. The only issue that was worth noting here is the dishwasher. Not only did it not dry the dishes, causing us to do all washing by hand, but the inside of it was utterly disgusting, covered in black mold. They need to simply replace the entire unit. All in all, however, we loved our stay and would recommend this place to others.
