Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.

Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This studio is equipped with a queen bed that sleeps 2.
For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig, and more.
The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.
Traveling with a group or just looking for extra space? We have a second apartment next door that is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and can sleep up to 6.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Great location, spotless and well taken care of, perfect size for us, and well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The apartment was very clean and in a great location with a nearby reserved parking spot. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed for our 2-night stay, including snacks, utensils, coffee, and games. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at!

We were right in the middle of the downtown shopping area. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and even a movie theater. We will definitely stay here again!

Great find for a downtown experience. Walked to every TC shop, restaurant and bookstore. Lovely and clean little Top of the Shoppe experience!

The parking was a bit confusing. We had someone that was parked in our spot our first day. We received a couple parking tickets even though we had our parking pass displayed. That was the only downside. Super cute, clean and well stocked. I love that when we left there wasn't a long list of things we had to do before leaving. The location was awesome also. Eat at the Omelet shop. It was awesome.

We loved this place!
We loved loved our stay at Top of the Shoppe. It was a cozy apartment in close proximity to shopping and restaurants in downtown Traverse City. It was perfect for a getaway weekend.
