Keep it simple at this cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.
The space
Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This studio is equipped with a queen bed that sleeps 2.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

Traveling with a group or just looking for extra space? We have a second apartment next door that is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and can sleep up to 6.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location with a nearby reserved parking spot. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed for our 2-night stay, including snacks, utensils, coffee, and games. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at!

We were right in the middle of the downtown shopping area. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and even a movie theater. We will definitely stay here again!
The kitchen has everything you need to have dinner in.

Perfect Nook in Traverse City

We enjoyed staying here. Studio is very clean, modern, and easy check-in and out process. It’s within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Clinch Beach, and so much to do nearby. We loved the Omlette Shoppe which is located underneath the studio. Very convenient to have to the parking pass included. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely large studio with all the amenities, really comfortable bed, and more. Above the Omelette Shop and a great location. I was worried we would smell breakfast cooking, but did not. Would definitely return this charming studio.

Weekend getaway to Traverse

Enjoyed a winter stay in Traverse. The studio was very clean; everything was very new. Quick walks to restaurants/bars downtown. And a nice drive to the peninsulas. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and stay

Downtown getaway

Quick weekend away to enjoy all that TC offers. Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Fantastic shower. Air conditioner worked great and provided relief from the 80-degree weather. Loved walking to Farmers Market, dinner, and down to the Bay. I will definitely come back again!
