Cozy, family-friendly, short walk to Front Street and the beach! Parking included!

This modern condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City offers an open concept living space and is adorned with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

You will be provide one (1) parking tag for a designated parking space on the lot across the street. This is included in your booking with no extra fees. You may park here overnight.

No smoking inside the condo. A $250 cleaning fee will be incurred for any trace of smoke smell.
Kindly respect my neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during the quiet hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
The LIME GREEN Trash dumpsters that are marked for MS I and II are for TRASH ONLY. The smaller BLUE dumpster is for RECYCLING ONLY.

We had a great stay here. The condo is conveniently located to downtown we were excited to be so close to our favorite places to eat Playa Bowls and Middlecoast. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A box of tissues would be helpful though. Parking is across state street, about a 1-2 min walk. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Comminication from host was great, informative. Condition was good, place is a bit worn, needs freshened up with paint. High quality linens and bedding. Cob web in kitchen ceiling, found soap dispenser difficult, soap/lotion would not dispense. Ecxellent location, parking a big plus.

The condo was beautiful, extremely clean and was located in a great area, walkable to restaurants and shops. Jeff thought of all of the details down to a phone charger. I will recommend this space to friends and family traveling to the area and hope to stay here again!

The property was just as advertised. Excellent location to downtown with very easy walking distances to most restaurants. Parking was easy at the lot across from the building and we liked having a designated space. Newer, very clean and well decorated. It had a very calming feel to the place. Has everything you need. My only nit was the building mechanical/HVAC noise. May not be a problem for others but was a small problem for me. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Genuinely loved our stay here. The location is amazing; seriously just steps from Front Street. We have stayed at Hotel Indigo in TC before, but we liked it here better. Yes, 3 flights of stairs but don’t let that discourage you if you have the ability.You can tell the host put so much intentional thought into this condo. There are luxurious touches throughout like wool blankets for when it’s chilly and Brooklinen towels are so comfy.However, my one piece of feedback is that we did not good sleep due to the master bed. A good night sleep is important to us and I wish I was exaggerating when I say it was the loudest bed we have ever slept on. Just my husband and I, we are not small people, but any time either of us moved it woke the other up. I even considered the bed when booking because we do always prefer a king size, but it was the thorn in our stay for sure.For such a nice and thoughtful condo I was surprised by this, and I feel sharing this feedback will hopefully have the issue corrected for future guests. I would even stay here again if it was. The host communication was great and condo was easy to access and utilize parking spot.

Very cute and comfortable condo. Walkable distance to everything, a very short drive up Old Mission Peninsula, and less than a hour to Frankfort. Parking was included which is HUGE! The only potential drawback is that it’s on the 3rd floor but this wasn’t an issue for us - we enjoyed being on the top floor. Jeff provided detailed info and directions; and responded very quickly to questions. We had a great stay and would recommend! (Be sure to check out Cousin Jenny’s downstairs if you like pasties)

Traverse City Gem

This was our first trip to Traverse City. The condo was a perfect spot. Close to everything, excellent communication from Jeff, excellent parking spot, and to top it all off we arrived to a nice bottle of wine. I highly recommend staying here. Great experience!

Lovely condo in great location!

Jeff’s condo is beautifully appointed, spotless, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and a public beach. Jeff is organized and an excellent communicator. We’d definitely stay here again!
