Perfect getaway for family and friends. Relax in the large living room with wood burning fireplace and attached sitting area. The home features 5 bedrooms. The main floor has the living room/sitting area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bedroom, a half bath and a walk out deck with gas grill. We have added a full bath with shower to the main floor bedroom, for those who have trouble with stairs. The second floor features the master bedroom with electric fireplace. It also includes his (shower) and hers (tub) full baths and a patio overlooking the beautiful backyard. It also has a king bedroom and large bedroom with 2 full beds separated by a full bath. The basement includes a large media room, game room with pool table, a bedroom with a full size bed and full bath. The laundry is also in the basement.
Enjoy all the amenities the Territory Owner' Club has to offer, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Golf, Horseback Riding, and Spa are also available.

We loved this place. It was clean comfortable for our group of 10 people. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment/appliances. The house is in a peaceful and secluded neighbourhood, about 15 minutes driving distance from the Galena downtown.

Lovely Stay

This property had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our whole family, ages 18 mos to 70 years. Perfect playroom for the littles and close to the owners club and golf.

Annual Friends gathering

Couples from Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota enjoyed the location, house, pool, and marina. Went shopping downtown and out to eat. The house had everything we needed. Would consider staying again. Thank you.

We had a sister’s trip and stay at this place. There was enough room for everyone. Everyone loved the place. The only thing that was mentioned is we thought it was on a lake with access to the lake from the house. It is on the lake but there is no access to the lake from the house. The communication was great and a lovely place. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great place to stay and vacation!

Family reunion

Fantastic Stay
