This studio is beachfront at the pier with a pull out couch with full mattress, a queen size bed, fireplace, kitchenette, refrigerator, closet, large shower in bathroom, and it’s own deck/patio. Unit has walk in Closet, Cable Tv, Toaster/Oven, Microwave and Kurig Coffee Machine as well as Washer/Dryer in Garage. Everything you need to enjoy San Clemente’s Pier Bowl along with beach toys, chairs and boogie boards.

Most Beautiful Time Away!

This place is AMAZING! It was exceptionally clean and came equipped with all the necessities for our stay, and more!The host was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with throughout our stay Most of all, the endless ocean views and the sound of the waves made our stay very relaxing. I am looking forward to staying here again!

We stumbled across this rental and we are so happy we did. Amazing location, couldn’t be better. It has everything you need and more and the noise was not a bother at all regarding the train. We will definitely come back and refer all our family and friends. The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had no issues with the rental at all 10 out of 10!

I love it here!

This is my third stay here and as usual it never disappoints. The place is clean and well kept, close to everything you need and the unit has everything you would possibly need. The host is responsive and great with communicating info in a timely fashion. This will not be my last stay here!

Fantastic place to stay

I would recommend this property to any two people looking for a weekend getaway. The property was gorgeous and the view was beautiful. My girlfriend and I had a great stay here for a long weekend and would not hesitate to book again.

Great spot and views

This is a pristine location and great apartment for relaxing and going to beach. Restaurants are footsteps away and the shower is huge. Even did a load of laundry while I was there.

Great accommodations. Excellent location. Perfect place to leave the car behind and enjoy short walks to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you need for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing Sunsets

Property and hosts were great. Studio was super clean and in the perfect location. Check-in / Check-out were seamless. And the balcony was the best for watching sunsets and all the activity at the Pier. A++

Beautiful

Loved the view and super easy check in and room worked perfectly for us. Only downside was the train that ran intermittently throughout the night, made it hard to enjoy the sound of the waves at night.

Great location

Such a nice location. Close to the pier, coffee, food and fun! The place was clean and bright with an awesome view of the water and pier. You can walk to almost everything you want to do to enjoy San Clemente. Parking is not great but that’s the way it’s going to be in the area. If you’re looking for a studio then this place is very nice.

Perfect Spot

Overall we had a great stay, the place is incredible for access to the beach and town. The Surfliner train horn that sounds at the pier was unexpected and louder than we thought it would be.

Wonderful weekday escape

Brought my grandmother with me to enjoy the wonderful weather and location. We walked everyday to eat and enjoy the local community. We felt safe and the studio was perfect amount of space to enjoy. Great spot to enjoy. Brian the property manager was responsive and helpful as well. We will be returning!

Great place to stay.

Great location and accommodations for 2. Steps to beach & restaurant's below. Great beach views & sunsets on the front patio. Host was wonderful. We didn't need anything - plenty of towels, beach items, studio kitchen, 1 bathroom, big closet, dining tables inside and out, front window and door open fully to allow that ocean breeze in. Check in was seamless. Clean throughout. Cozy studio for a romantic getaway. If you love the beach scene this place is for the 2 of you. Will rent again.

Exceeded Expectations!

We are so happy we found this great studio! The location was perfect. We very much enjoyed our evening sunsets and morning coffee on our private patio overlooking the pier. The studio was super clean and had everything we needed. Brian was a very gracious host offering to go above and beyond! We will definitely return!

Great getaway!

This studio was perfect spot for a short getaway…. Location was ideal. Close to restaurants and the store as well as being right across the way from the beach/ pier. The studio was clean and had lots of little extra touches. It was also nice to not have to worry about parking as we were able to walk everywhere. We had a tiny hiccup checking in but our host was super apologetic and more that made up for any inconvenience we had and was really responsive throughout our stay, we are already planning our next stay

From the start we were welcomed by Brian! He assisted us in entering our unit and showed us around. It was beautiful and so clean. We had no issues our entire stay, the location is absolutely perfect, with a view that could not be beat. Brian was readily available to answer any questions we had at anytime. I would recommend staying here a thousand times over again. We are already planning our next trip back!

Fantastic Location, View and Stay

The best view ever! Where do I begin - the Pier, the ocean, the beach, the vibe - it is all right in front of you. As much as we love the going out in San Clemente, it is hard to leave this lovely gem. Luckily the Fisherman is right outside your door for a fantastic dinner. This host was so very accomodating and always responded promptly. The location and accomodations are superb. Beautiful remodel and comfy beds! We will be back soon! Thank you!
