This guest suite is perfect for your escape to a tranquil and peaceful retreat. With 2 queen beds, heating, AC, WiFi, smart TVs and more (see below), guests will have everything they need for a wonderful stay. This cozy space offers a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

NOTICE: The guest suite is a completely independent and private section of a larger condo. It is separated by a hallway. The suite includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom (towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer are provided) NOTHING is SHARED and you won’t meet anyone. It’s self check-in. One bedroom opens to a large furnished terrace with enchanting views. The terrace is exclusively yours. Step to the terrace from your bedroom and relax on the comfortable furniture, meditate while beholding the serene view. Drink a glass of wine, cup of coffee or work on your laptop. It’s very peaceful & quiet. Only bird song and fresh weather. Enjoy the enchanting views and sunny southern CA weather.
Please notice that your ACCESS is LIMITED to the suite & terrace.

There are plenty of free parking on the adjacent street (30 sec walk to suite). No parking on the premises is allowed at any time. Your car may get towed. The guest suite does NOT have a KITCHEN. Just two single rooms. We provide a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 2 large screen smart TVs, fans, heaters, cups, hangers, etc. (See photos). There’s also a good size closet and hangers in the second bedroom. Plenty of restaurants within 5-15 minutes drive. That includes lovely Laguna Beach & Dana Point. For brunch we recommend Plumeria. Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria and Montage resorts are within 10 min drive. Disney Land is about 30 min drive. John Wayne airport 25 min. Fashion island in New port beach about 25 min drive. Pacific highway is 5 min drive. LA 55 miles North. San Diego 60 miles south.

Unfortunately once in a while we get folks who come here complaining there was no pool or the host didn’t serve us stake dinner and give poor reviews. We are responsible for what we have promised not what we have not promised. We think that’s indicative of emotional or cognitive deficit which afflicts a low percentage of any society. We are confident our seasoned guests will ignore the reviews written by such troubled folks. Thank you Shawn for your honest review. We appreciate guests like you who read the descriptions correctly and have the right expectations and end up happy. I want to take opportunity here and respond to another guest, (VRBO’s system is deficient and can’t let me respond to reviews coming from Expedia! (Welcome to hosting nightmares) I’m taking about Randall’s review. Randall unfortunately is as ignorant as they come. He has complained about lack of access to pool which was never among the amenities. Also he complained about lack of access to the golf course which is a separately owned private property and is clearly mentioned in our listing with capital letters that there’s no access to it. He’s also written some twisted description of the property as it being “dark and musty”! This can’t be farther from the truth! Our property is lovely & feels like heaven. Lots of natural light with immediate access to a terrace with stunning views and tranquility all over. Please ignore Randall’s misinformation and twisted review. We have 9 out of 13 perfect scores and we make sure you will have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You’ll love your stay 🌺

Great value. Very peaceful golf course view

A very comfortable and affordable stay adjacent to Laguna Beach. A great outdoor patio overlooking El Niguel Country Club golf course which was a great spot for both morning coffee and winding down with some wine in the evening. Definitely recommend for a great value.

Two bedrooms and a bath (could be used as 1 bedroom and a living room) had small fridge and microwave available. (No kitchen, but we didn't need or expect one)Beautiful view off the terrace, perfect spot for a rest and a snack.Was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Thank you April. Our terrace has a stunning beautiful view. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet. Very easy to park on the dead-end street. It’s also extremely safe. We leave the terrace door open at night. This area is very secure and safe. I’m a text and a minute away to answer any questions or address any requests. The weather is very lovely here around the year but we have AC and fans available. A truly relaxing and pleasant vacation awaits you here.

Awesome communication with host ensured seamless late arrival & early departure.The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. No cooking facilities, but our short stay didn’t require kitchen access.The patio was welcoming with a stunning view.Excellent value.

it's just as listed. beautiful golf course view from the balcony. also as mentioned in the listing, no wandering around beyond the balcony. it's quiet neighbood w/ plenty of shopping choices within 10 minutes of drive. street parking is very easy. there is complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. check-in was very smooth. owner is easy to communicate with. overall, it's a great choice for a quiet stay for those traveling for work.

This was a great home base for us. We were able to get out and go to all the local places quickly and easily. Took a bit to find as maps don’t seem to know how to get there. But Aria was super helpful. If you don’t need all the amenities and are just looking for a place to spend the night, clean up and/or take a quick break in the day. This is your place.

Home away from home

What a bargain! The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views right from your suite. You can’t beat the price for two fully furnished, separate rooms. Plenty of street parking nearby.Arya was wonderful—always available and attentive. Check-in was seamless, with clear and detailed instructions for easy self check-in. No gates, no confusion, no need for a guide. Check-out was just as simple—shut the door and leave.The place was peaceful, private, and tranquil. It was also clean, comfortable, and located in a safe, serene neighborhood. After searching through most vacation rentals, this was by far the most affordable option in pricey South Orange County. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby.

The good: two separate sleeping rooms, a must when you have a snorer in the family. Cheaper than two hotel rooms. The operator is also responsive and friendly over text messages. The bad: This is a crudely separated two bedroom, 1 bath carve out from a larger place. The inside door locks only from the inside and does not lock when you are gone. Upon checkin, you will be given explicit instructions not to walk anywhere on the grounds - a major bummer because there are nice walking paths around the golf course that I would have enjoyed. There is also a pool in the complex, but there is no access for that either. I suspect that the HOA and/or city do not permit short term rentals - otherwise I have no explanation for why we were strictly forbidden from enjoying the amenities. The place itself is on the bottom floor so it is dark, dank, and musty. We ran the bathroom fan all day and our towels were still damp. Also, there are security cameras on the porch so a complete lack of privacy in the only area where one could have comfortably sat and enjoyed the view of where they are forbidden to go.

Was perfect for what we needed, just two bedrooms, a bath, a nice porch with a view, and coffee! The host was very nice and personable. Answered every question promptly even if they had answered before and I missed it.

I can’t see any reason for this rating as there’s no reasons provided and in fact no reasons exist. I can just say we are committed to providing a safe, clean and comfortable accommodation in great location in Orange County to our guests with fantastic view and great value for their money. However, we have no expertise to diagnose mental issues or remedy them in the small part of the population which is unfortunately part of every society. Our respected guests admit that such people exist and for one personal reason or another you can never make them happy.
