This three-bedroom home offers a brand new kitchen, fully equipped, with new Stainless Steel appliances, spa bathrooms, a large porch with a screened-in area and a separate deck area for grilling, as well as an open and spacious floor plan.

The living room features two sliding doors creating a glass wall allowing for views from all angles. In addition to the 55" HD TV with streaming options, the electric fireplace is a fun way to create ambiance and warmth if needed.

There's plenty of entertainment at the house if staying in. Grab a book to read, play a few board games, enjoy the backyard fire pit, watch TV in any of the rooms, enjoy a home-cooked meal at our 8-person dining table, or simply sink into the couch and take a nap.

A unique and authentic Lowcountry destination in a small, relaxed, country neighborhood. Although very private, 'Hunting Island State Park Beach' is a less than 10 minute drive away, which offers public beach access. We will provide a "Park Passport" which will allow unlimited entry for everyone in vehicle (otherwise there is a fee to enter the park).

In addition to the beach, Downtown Beaufort is roughly 20 minutes away, South Carolina's 2nd oldest city (a mini-Charleston with its own distinctive charm). Explore the history, restaurants, galleries, and shops in this quaint and charming town.

GUEST ACCESS & NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
1. The house is NOT in a gated or resort community, however it is in a "private waterfront community", where the island is surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary. We do not have a dock.

2. Upon entering the property, expect to drive roughly 100 yards on a dirt road.

3. The neighborhood is rural and secluded. Feel free to walk or bike around the neighborhood, but there are no sidewalks. House is not within walking distance to restaurants or retail shops.

SECURITY:
1. We have a SimpliSafe security system you may choose to use during your stay. We also have a camera located above the garage with a view of the driveway area, that will be in use during your stay.
