Named for the resident Bald Eagles that hang out in the tall Sitka Spruce trees in Pacific Seawatch, the Eagle Vacation Home is perched well above the high tide mark on the south end of Pacific City in Pacific Seawatch. This recently built modern family home has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, and the Nestucca River. Pet-friendly features in the home include a warm water outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing sand off your feet, a dog bed, and bowls provided. Spend your day on the beach, or stay in and relax on the deck with a glass of wine or Pelican brew.

This two-story home is the epitome of family luxury with room for everyone. It can comfortably sleep up to ten people, so bring the whole family! Relax by the fire in the great room while enjoying the large flat-screen TV, or cook up a feast in the fully outfitted kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. This home features two ensuite bedrooms with king beds, one on the main floor. Quiet, private ocean views on the deck. Send the kids downstairs to the family room, which includes games, books, and a flat-screen TV. The bunk room features two twin bunk beds, one double bed on the bottom, and a twin trundle sleeping up to a total of 6 people. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower and double sinks. The laundry room is complete with a sink and a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking: Eagle Vacation Home has plenty of parking for up to 4 medium-sized cars. The long driveway accommodates a truck with a trailer. The carport on the main level makes loading and unloading a breeze.

Pacific Seawatch Club House Pool: Located right across the street from the Pacific Seawatch Club House and Pool, with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool, and a 9-hole mini-golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay.
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We will reach out after booking to provide this form to sign.
