This Toluca Lake gem sits in one of the most prestigious star-studded neighborhoods in the city. Convenient to major freeways, it's nestled between Universal Studios and the best restaurants and boutiques the city has to offer. This comfortable home is equipped with a private office if you must work, a chef and coffee lovers kitchen, a pool table for fun, along with an enchanting outdoor living area with a tranquil waterfall that leads right to a koi pond. This is the perfect place to get work done and then unwind.

1 room with a trundle bed (2 twins)

Your fully stocked bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath is laid out brilliantly with large windows pulling your eye out to the lavish backyard that boasts a waterfall and koi pond, grilling area with a high-end gas grill for grilling enthusiasts, outdoor dining table and a comfortable covered lounge area with a fire pit. Beautiful and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and every comfort was provided for. It feels like home. The pool table was a highlight for my teens and the koi pond was a delight for younger children. This was the first of two properties we rented and stayed in for this trip, and the comfort and privacy this property offers is so memorable, we kept referring back to our stay here after we moved on. The proximity to Universal Studios is fantastic, and we were able to return home after full days at the theme park and have dinner at "home". Beyond the comfort and privacy of this property, the only other surprise was the interior steps, but they are easily navigable for those without physical challenges. Prior to booking, I contacted the hosts about an issue and they were very accommodating to my concern, and very communicative through the check-in process. We have rented with VRBO for 20+ years. This is a stand-out property and we are hoping we can stay again soon!

Close to BUR airport. The home was very spacious and would be welcoming to a large family. The backyard was large and inviting. Excellent amenities for an even longer stay. Good communication with owners

Great place in the Valley

Beautiful neighborhood, spacious house. 15min walk to subway and Universal theme park; easy walk to main street cafes, restaurants, Trader Joe's; a longer walk to Whole Foods, a 20 min walk to the Garland Hotel. Loved the covered backyard, the pool table and the quietness. Very clean. Great communication with owner and the property manager. Kitchen was very well appointed and beds were comfortable. Excellent for groups of 4-6 people. We'd stay again. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The pool table and beautiful outside areas were fun for all ages. Also, this property is very convenient to Universal Studios and access to highways to reach the beach and other destinations.

Charming, Clean, Comfortable

A delightful home just minutes away from Universal Studios. Owners and property manager were most helpful and accommodating. The koi pond and pool table were extra added attractions to a well appointed and furnished updated property on a nice quiet residential street. Hope to have a chance to stay here again.

Perfect Location for Universal Studios Hollywood

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this VRBO! The location was ideal - just minutes away from Universal Studios, making it incredibly convenient for our Hollywood adventure. The house itself was a perfect blend of comfort and quaint charm. The cozy ambiance made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was spending evenings outside by the fire table, creating lasting memories with my family.The koi pond added a touch of tranquility, providing a serene backdrop to our relaxing moments. Great stay.

The house was great. Perfect size for us all to have our own rooms and be able to group outside for some family fun. We walked to Universal Studios and it was a fairly easy walk. We really had a great time and we loved the outside accommodations. Very fun but relaxing.

Great property for an LA vacay

Had a wonderful 3 night, 4 day stay in Toluca Lake. House is in a great neighborhood with nice neighbors and cute shops / restaurants in walking (or short drive) distance. Less than 10 mins to Bob Hope airport and a 6 min drive to Universal Studios. Very good communication throughout. Our family of four was more than comfortable.

This property was great. It was super clean, very well laid out for relaxing and entertaining. Nice touches everywhere! We loved the outdoor patio and great room. Lots of places to visit within walking distance or just a short drive. Had everything we needed and the manager is on top of everything! Great area! No problem at all with this rental.

We love Toluca Lake and choose to move here for the convenience to the studios. Universal Studios Hollywood and Warner Brothers are less than 1 mile away and with major freeways so close we can get around town with ease. Not to mention we are walking distance to one of the most charming areas in Los Angeles, Riverside Drive, which hosts some wonderful shops and restaurants including the historic Bob's Big Boy.

We updated our home with comfort in mind. Desiring a refuge for friends, family and ourselves to unwind. We've created many wonderful memories here over the years and it's our pleasure to have you do the same.

Sometime's it's the simple things like sitting on the front porch at sunset... there's always a pleasant breeze around that time. Then the cozy outdoor living space in the backyard suited with market lights and a fire-table and complemented by the sound of the waterfall that just brings comfort. After that, it maybe a game of pool or a favorite TV show in one of the TV rooms...our favorite is the back TV room, with the blinds open and the outside market lights on warmly lit, bringing the outside in... It's truly a wonderful way to unwind.
