Convenient to walk the beach

The condo was clean upon arrival and had all the basic necessities we needed. Nice view from the patio and just a short walk to the beach.

Great clean place!!

Condo was very clean, great location. The pool was huge, kids loved it. The weather didn’t cooperate, But family had a blast staying there.

Great place

It was a nice stay. Property was really clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourelves. We enjoyed the pool, the patio/grill, and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying at Brett’s condo and will certainly be back again! The unit had plenty of room and was located just down the street from the beach which was fantastic!

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here! They had everything you needed for the beach, including 2 wagons, an umbrella, and 2 chairs. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean and Brett was very responsive with any questions! The beach is about a 5 min walk along the path. The pool and outdoor grills are right when you walk down the steps of the condo. The outdoor shower next to the pool was great to rinse off before coming back in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

February Beach Escape

Sisters enjoyed a week at this condo near the beach. The condo rental was clean and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and the heated pool was a plus. We highly recommend!

So Many Good Things to Say

So many good things to note about this condo that stands out from other places we’ve stayed. I thought this was the perfect location for the beach. There is a nice, easy trail to access it. It’s on the 3rd floor and that’s great because there is no noise from the stairway. People there were very friendly. Although there was music and kids playing outside, it was quiet inside. We were there during Spring Break and it did not feel crowded and there were no problems with people getting out of hand. It was more of a family setting. You will have no problem finding great restaurants that serve fresh, homemade food. I have greatly appreciated the care that has been put into this place. The condo is nice and it felt clean and comfortable. The high temperature outdoors got up to about 85 and we stayed nice and cool sleeping. My favorites were having plenty of towels and blankets, clean beds and bathrooms, not running out of hot water and a nice well working washer and dryer! A lot of thought was put in for the guests and we really appreciated it!

Great place

The condo was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking necessities. It had everything you need to go enjoy the beach. The pool and grilling area were also very nice. Truly loved staying here. Within waking distance of the endless miles of beach. The host was very responsive and checkin was a breeze.

Pathway to the sea

Very easy to find and get to. Very clean, everything you need is in the condo, and absolutely amazing views. Check in was at 4pm and they were still cleaning so we got in about 4:30pm. We will visit this place sgain.

Great place

Close to beach. Cold weather weekend but had enough blankies and heat. No complaints. Short on a few bath/ shower gel supplies but that’s a housekeeping agency issue not an owner issue.

Relaxing

Exactly as described, perfect for a great beach vacation. Comfortable beds, AC worked great and plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Pavilion with plenty of seating and grill, plus the pool is just a walk down the condo stairs. 5-10 minute walk down a private path to the beach, depending on if you have children in tow. Beach towels, wagon, 2 chairs and beach umbrella for use, so convenient. Great host communication and quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again!

Turn key ready to play!

The location was great for food and the beach. 20 mins at most drive if you wanted to see anything! VRBO check in was supper easy. Great communication! Had mostly everything we needed to staynfor 5 days. Pool was clean and pool area was a great size for my teams to hang out in. Walkway to the beach was in okay condition but the walk was only 2 mins! Beach was clean and beautiful!

Very happy we rented this condo!

Ac worked fine, beds were plenty comfy. Ceiling fans in every room. Hot water. Lots Of towels. Lots of space. It’s a lot closer to the beach than I thought it would be (less than 100yards?) plenty of parking. It’s super clean and the owner didn’t bother us once (no messaging at all!) the only thing we struggled with was the three flights of stairs but I’d do it again. :) the only thing I’d ask the owner to change is to add a lamp & coffee table in the living room for chilling at night AND to hang blackout curtains in the front bedroom cause you cannot turn off the porch light. It didn’t bother use though - cause we were too tired from fishing and beaching.
