Was in town to take care of a family member in Hospice care, the host was so gracious and accommodating in a difficult time. The space itself was amazing; the "main" space upstairs was great for having family meals and sharing memories together while the ADU downstairs made it possible for extended family to come visit and have their own space.

Fourth of July getaway

Such a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that was east to get to. It is close to everything Seattle and downtown Bellevue has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

We were very pleased with this home. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were great for visiting the area and a wedding on Mercer Island. Very nice outdoor patio for relaxing and visiting.

Amazing Bellevue Stay

My friends and I loved this vacation house, it was perfect for our annual weekend trip. The location is amazing, easy to get to downtown and the airport, and in a very posh neighborhood. The house is clean and so chic! It was well stocked and super cozy - we especially loved the patio with the bistro lights!

Wonderful house

We had a great 5-day stay at this house. It was spacious and we loved both outdoor seating areas. I did a ton of baking and loved the kitchen setup and appliances. And the location was great and close to everything in Seattle and Bellevue.

Perfect spot for my out of town guests

I booked this property for my bridesmaids who traveled for my wedding, and the property was perfect. The closets were massive enough for all of their bridesmaid dresses (there were 7 of them) and my wedding gown, the bathrooms were spacious and the natural light was great for getting ready for the rehearsal dinner. The host was also extremely accommodating and gave us an early check in and late check out. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this property!

This was such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Such a nice and quiet neighborhood and everything so easy to get to. Wonderful place to come back to after a day of running errands and getting my son settled in his new place. Loved it!

Relaxing Thanksgiving Getaway

This home was the perfect getaway for a long holiday weekend. The large island and banquette kitchen table were perfect for games / puzzle night with a few friends. A long soak in the hot tub, followed by a movie night in front of a crackling fire is the perfect end to a day in this ideally located home. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved any questions that popped up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect Stay for Us

We were here for a graduation and found this perfect property to stay while we gathered to celebrate this event. The two of us stayed downstairs and our daughter and family stayed upstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood with daily walks or runs and nightly hot tubs at our place. We enjoyed many meals in the upstairs kitchen and even on a day outside on the deck. Diana was very responsive to all of our needs! Seattle shared her “Juneuary” weather with us and even that couldn’t damper our wonderful visit here!

Thanksgiving getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property, which is conveniently located near Bellvue city center and a beautiful state park. However, there were some noticeable shortcomings. The home lacked basic amenities and guidelines for using household items, and we encountered broken appliances. Both kitchens were insufficient for cooking anything beyond making coffee, and the overall cleanliness was not up to our expectations. On a positive note, the host was very responsive and promptly addressed any issues, which made our overall stay enjoyable and comfortable.

This house is not as advertised. It was not cleaned before we arrived. Or If it was, it was the worst cleaning job ever! Counters sticky, crumbs on coffee table, hair in the beds and towels-you get the picture. There was an enormous load of wet, mildewy laundry left in an apartment sized washer that we ended up pulling out before stripping our beds and starting to wash the sheets & towels ourselfs @ 9:30pm (after a long travel day). We wiped counters, toilets, showers, did dishes (as some of the dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean), vacuumed & generally did what should have been done before our arrival. We did not clean the downstairs unit that is advertised. We were over it & pretty disappointed in the property. The friend that came with us stayed in the other bedroom in the main house vs using the downstairs unit as planned. The downstairs unit has been changed from the pictures in the listing (last I looked) and was left unsecured by both open window and unlocked door. The keypad batteries were also dead. My husband went down and took a shower there early one morning and said the sink wouldn’t drain. The property is showing signs of neglect and the landscaping overgrown. The host apologized the evening we arrived regarding the state of the house. She only did the bare minimum to compensate us by refunding the cleaning fee and one nights stay. Considering we only had use of half of the house that we thought we were getting for the price we paid it should have been more.

Perfect Location!

We rented this house because of the central location to our destinations. It was an easy drive over to Seattle and took us about 20 minutes to get there during non-rush hour. We were a 10 minute or less drive to numerous local parks, which were beautiful and a few were within walking distance. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with both kids having a separate room and bathroom. Just note the downstairs bedroom and bathroom requires you to walk outside the house and re-enter on the main floor. My teenage son loved this extra privacy. We spent our days out exploring, but came home each night and cooked dinner and played games that we brought with us. There are also a lot of restaurant choices in downtown Bellevue (5 or less minute drive) or on the other side of I-90/I-405. Our host, Diana, was very quick to respond to any questions or needs during our stay, making sure we had what we needed.
