The Space:

Beautifully designed 1 bedroom condo just minutes from Link Light Rail, Volunteer Park, and many great restaurants, clubs, and shopping.



The living space has large windows with tons of natural light. The space comes set up with a pull-out sofa couch and a dedicated workspace. There is a new 40-inch smart TV, with Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and Disney+.



Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook meals in the condo. Includes a Ninja Dual Brew coffee machine, which can brew drip coffee or use K-cups (stocked with whole beans, ground beans, and K-cups).



The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with designer linens on the bed. You’ll sleep better here than at home!

Accessibility: The unit is on level 2. There is an elevator in the lobby. Once you receive the key fob inside the unit, there is a second building entrance right next to the condo door, at street level. The unit has wide hallways and open space, including in the bathroom, which may be enough space for a wheelchair. However, the bedroom is small and will not fit a wheelchair rolling into the room next to the bed, but only to the base by the sliding bedroom door.

Parking: There is ample street parking. Note that some streets are zone permitted, which limits parking to two hours during the day.
