Bright, beautiful, and impeccably adorned this condo’s stunning Gulf Front location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping. This condo is ready for your stay! The master suite is equipped with a king bed, direct balcony access, and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. Master bedroom has attached private ensuite with whirlpool tub. The second suite has a full bed and twin trundle. The living area also has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping with an additional full bath. The kitchen which overlooks the family room, the balcony and the Gulf of Mexico is beautifully upgraded and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach. We had such a great time here! Very clean and right on the beach, with a nice pool. We even saw the blue angels from our balcony! We loved this property and would return.

Amazing stay

This condo was amazing. It was clean, soacious, and modern. My family loved this place and we will be back. The pool is great and the brach was perfect. The room was very quiet as well. Highly recommend this property.

The view is stunning, as advertised. The location is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach. The staff was on top of their job keeping only residents and guests on the property, which is greatly appreciated. The condo itself was quite nice and had all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is huge and perfectly maintained. The only negative is the clunky access code process. To have 3 different codes and to have to enter codes at every turn is unreasonable. A new, more user friendly technology needs to be implemented.

Fun and relaxing

The place was great with gorgeous views the only thing I could say is getting in and out of all the areas can be a bit confusing. The place was very nice I would just recommend a bar to help with getting in and out of shower/bath or at least a non slip mat in one for elderly guests. Overall would definitely stay again.

Best Host and unit!

I cannot speak highly enough about the host and cleanliness of this unit. The location is perfect. The other guests are so friendly. The host responded to every message so quickly. I felt extremely safe.

The unit was clean and roomy. So as far as renting through those owners. Great! The worst part of the stay was 1 of the 2 elevators stopped working. We waited almost an hour to get luggage back down to parking lot.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay!

Here are a few friendly suggestions to improve the overall quality and comfort. Dishwasher needs to be bolted into the cabinetNo counter space in the bathrooms. I would recommend removing pedestal sinks and putting in cabinets that have countertops I would recommend steam cleaning tile grout is very dirty I would recommend either putting twin beds in the guest bedroom or getting a much better quality mattress for the trundle bed.A lot of the silverware is missing needs to be replacedA couple of nice sauté pans that are larger than in better quality than the ones currently in the unit. They’re very small and you could barely fry bacon in them.We have a family of four so we probably would not book this condo again . Guest bedroom did not suit the needs for my boys. Twin beds would be a better set up.Host was very friendly and available if you needed anything in a reasonable amount of timeThe unit definitely needs curtains in the main living area that are lined. The ones currently in the unit do not offer privacy.

Wonderful Vacation and Beautiful Views!!

The condo was perfect for our vacation!! It was very clean, very roomy, had all essentials plus more: beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest, extra blankets, beach towels and games - we enjoyed playing UNO after our dinner outings!! Having morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view was a great start to our day!! We also took advantage of the gym for morning workouts. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance - a plus. Pool area and bathrooms were very clean. We had no issues with the codes in getting in and out of the condo and building and we felt very secure. We highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable and stress free stay!!

Great Condo

We had a great time. Family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The beach accessories that were provided were awesome. Location was perfect and a short walk or drive to anything we wanted. We’d stay here again

Beach Bach Trip

Everything was amazing! It was super clean, views were beautiful and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us! The location was perfect so we didn’t have to drive more than 5 minutes to get anywhere. It was perfect we had so much fun!

Great family vacation

Beautiful white sand. Easy access to beach. Close to restaurants and shops. But also far enough down the beach that it wasn’t super packed. Will return again in future!

This condominium is a gated community with two pools (one heated) and hot tub over-looking the gulf, a fitness center, an enclosed storage unit, and private beach access. Located next to restaurants, a convenience store, shopping, you will never have to go far for entertainment, food, supplies and gas. Gorgeous Gulf Front Unit, large living spaces indoor and outdoor (seating for 8). The main bedroom overlooks the gulf for beautiful sunrise views. Condo also offers amazing sunset views as well as views of the Pensacola Beach Pier from the balcony patio and living room.
