Entire, private side of a side by side duplex. There are no shared entrances or spaces. The backyard is fenced in and not shared with neighboring unit. The adjacent unit is rented (long term) by a very kind and quiet couple.

Locally owned breweries, cafes, wide variety of food (Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, American) all less than 1 mile away. This unit is near the action of lots of great restaurants, breweries, cafes, grocery store and gas. As expected, you will hear traffic noise while outside the unit. The interior of the unit is generally very quiet, but you may hear some outside noise during your stay. Ring doorbell camera is installed for safety (on the left side of the front door) for safety of tenants. If you park in front of unit (in front of sidewalk), your car will likely be visible within camera range for enhanced security. There are NO indoor or other outdoor cameras or recording devices.
