Great place! Well appointed, excellent location, friendly host, cute and cozy decor. Seemed like it had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the porch. Super walkable. We stayed with our two young kids and had a lovely time. Thanks!

The property owner was so helpful and responsive with a couple questions we had about the house. The supply of farm fresh eggs was amazing. House was super clean and well furnished. The location is so great to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

What a great neighborhood - lots of people walking their dogs, quiet, walked to cafes, old town, cute homes, The house itself is comfortable - we sat on the front porch almost every morning. Kitchen was stocked so we made dinner one evening. Only driveway parking for guests - the driveway is narrow, but we were able to park a Suburban & a Crosstrek without blocking the sidewalk.

Location, location, location! This wonderful home is two blocks east of College Avenue and three blocks south of Laurel Ave. Easy walking distance to CSU and Old Town Fort Collins. The house has a terrific furnished porch for morning coffee or afternoon / relaxation. The kitchen is well-supplied with all the necessities for cooking. Everything is clean and tidy. Off-street is provided - a necessity on Matthews St given Fort Collins parking management within residential areas. My CSU family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying in this classic bungalow.

Perfect for a CSU family. Close to campus, Old Town, etc. There is parking which is wonderful. The host was lovely and worked with us as we had to stay past our check out time. Will def stay here again!

Great Getaway

A quaint and comfortable space. Perfect for 3-4 people. Clean, tastefully decorated, close to coffee, restaurants, and things to do in Ft Collins. The owner made it super easy - check in/out was a breeze. I'll be looking this place up again next time I'm overnighting in the area!!!

We spent a long weekend in Angela's VRBO in Fort Collins in Old town. The location was great, and her rental was not only immaculate, but very well equipped! Made for a lovely time. Thx Angela!!!
