Inadequate heat, no kitchen sink, check other rental site reviews!Checked in at 10pm and room was very cold. Listing shows “heating” in property, but there's no central heat. There’s only a small space heater too small for the entire space. We were cold throughout the night and into morning. Listing needs to be transparent as rental is not suited for cold weather (see other reviews). There's no kitchen sink. Had to wash coffee filter and mugs in bathtub.None of the outlets on the south or west walls worked. One outlet powered TV in front of bed, so never got to use that.I texted issues to the management company after we checked in, but didn’t hear back until next morning over 9 hours later only asking, “has the room warmed up?”. I let them know it hadn’t and mentioned power issues again in my reply.They replied (and ignored the lack of adequate heating) and offered to have someone come reset a breaker. But, we told them we wouldn’t be staying there and had to find another place (and eat rental cost).I missed other rental site reviews before booking. Those reviews accurately reflect the property issues. Many renters mention the lack of adequate heating, no kitchen sink, etc. Inadequate heating was a deal breaker. Management company did offer a 100 credit, but to Mountain Time Vacation Rentals managed properties (not back to our card). So, not a true credit. We declined as we will be sure never to stay at any properties managed by Mountain Time Vacation Rentals.
