The town of Windsor has banned Short Term Rentals as of June 30, 2025. If you would like to inquire on a longer stay, please message me for information.

Welcome to ’Winetopia’ - Walking distance to Russian River Brewery, Windsor Golf course, a short drive to Sonoma County Airport, Healdsburg, wineries, local bars, and world class dining.

With a spacious backyard area, Winetopia has 4 BR & 3 full BA, and contains everything you need to have a wonderful visit to Wine County.

Enjoy sitting on the front porch or in the private backyard by the Fire Pit after a long day of wine tasting. Upon request, we offer winery & restaurant recommendations.

**Please note this is NOT a party house and is a quiet neighborhood**

Sonoma County Getaway

We had a great stay at Winetopia. The house was well stocked, the host communicated well, gave us great suggestions and the house was well stocked. The house was the perfect setup for 4 couples, as well. Book it! It’s a great rental!

This is such a clean and inviting place to stay. The conveniences of the spacious patio with gas firepit and very nice gas grill makes this property very comfortable.

Fantastic house

This was a perfect house for a weekend getaway with a group of 7 friends. The host was super responsive, everything was exactly as you’d hope. Walking distance to Russian River Brewing. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Lovely Stay

We had a great time at Nicoles place. It was central and easy to get to, extremely clean and incredibly comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Sonoma Wine Trip

Property was very well maintained and in a prime location to Sonoma wineries. There was a nice outside seating area, and the home was a perfect space for up to 8 people. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay

Winetopia creates great memories

This place was so lovely and Nicole was awesome to work with! 6 Adults stayed here and everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was well appointed, beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. Outdoor area was spectacular. Close to everything you might need, grocery stores, walking trails, wineries! Would recommend this in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories!

Wonderful stay!

The home was perfect for a party of six adults! Very clean home and was very comfortable for all. We all enjoyed the outdoor fire pit which was perfect to sit around with a glass of wine each evening. Excellent communication with owner. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Girlfriends Wine Tasting Trip

The property is centrally located to where we wanted yo go, it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, Nicole’s vineyard and restaurant recommendations were perfect for us and the layout of the house is conducive to together time. We had a great trip! Thanks for sharing Winetopia with us!

Fantastic!

This is an amazing property. Very comfortable and extremely well appointed. Excellent location with tons of options for nearby tourism or just relaxing. Would highly recommend and would stay again. I should add, the property owner provides excellent communication!

College Reunion

This was the perfect place to stay for our reunion. The location was perfect for a variety of wineries. There were 6 adult women staying here. The furniture allowed for comfortable lounging & visiting. The kitchen was complete so we cooked at home 2 nights. The fire pit was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the evening. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful place to stay

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, modern and updated, and the gazebo is perfect for sipping wine and seeing the action in the kitchen. And the location to wine country is perfect. Communication with the host is super easy and she is very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Winetopia in Windsor!

Nicole was amazing to work with from the time we booked to the end of our stay! The house is located close to the Windsor golf course, Russian River Brewery, as well as downtown Windsor. It's well stocked with spices and coffee. Our group of six enjoyed the firepit one of the evenings and the big dining room table was perfect for game night. We will definitely be back.

Birthday Celebration in Wine Country

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Winetopia. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with cooking pots, pans, glasses and appliances for making meals if you want to (we made a great dinner one night). There were no plenty of Kcups for morning coffee for 6 and the beds were comfortable for all- in all 4 bedrooms. Check in was simple & super convenient to the Sonoma airport. Wonderful- I highly recommend

Family Getaway

Wine Weekend with Friends

This property was conveniently located to lots of great wineries and restaurants. We really enjoyed relaxing in the back yard around the firepit. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Beautiful home that is tastefully decorated and fully stocked kitchen for those that enjoy cooking... we like going out. :-)

Perfect house for wine country get away!

We enjoyed sitting outside in the U-shaped couch with fire pit playing games and drinking a bit of vino! Great kitchen with open floor plan - and nice configuration of one bedroom down and 3 up. Great location in a very nice neighborhood and close to Windsor and Healdsburg. I would definitely come back!!!

Winetopia is an exceptional location as it is 5 minutes from the Sonoma County Airport, 10 minutes from Healdsburg, walking distance to Windsor Golf Course/Charlie's Restaurant as well as to Russian River Brewery.
