There is no cell phone service in Oceanside. Got to the house and tried to pull up the info and had to drive back towards Netarts to get service, so screenshot the information beforehand. The list of amenities say there is a Keurig so I brought those from home and told my house mates not to worry about buying coffee. No Keurig, confirmed by Heather after a couple hours but by that time the stores were already closed. 4th bedroom is above the detached garage with no access to bathroom without going outside (in the rain). My housemates had to have the doors locked each night so I had to keep the key to the house and walk down to the front of the house to get in to go to the bathroom.Had to get the broom and get down some cobwebs around the house but there were still lots in the skylights in the bedroom above the garage.We were also hoping to walk down to the beach but the hill is pretty steep and there's no easy access to get down there.And don't plan on using the hot tub after 9pm. House instructions said that the jets were not to be used after 9pm but then we later learned on a sheet posted outside that you couldn't use it after 9pm. And not before 8am I think.All in all it was a good home base for the 4-5 days we were there.
