Lovely summer holiday

The property is as listed and we had a wonderful 11 day family holiday. The property is spacious and has all the expected amenities. The location is very central and we visited (beach, sightseeing, eating out) all of the following, which are all within a 30 min drive: Denia (sunset cruise and dinner), Xabia (beach), El Portet (beach), Xalo - Benissa (sight seeing), Moraira (beach), Calpe (beach). The communication with the host was on point and seamless. Highly recommended.

Tres belle propriétée

Cet propriété est très propre et conforme a l annonce. Nous avons passé un agreable sejour. Le seul petit bemol est le refrigerateur un peu petit pour 6 personnes entre l'alimentation et la boisson Sinon c'était parfait

Estancia genial

La casa es genial, mejor que en las fotos. La propietaria es muy amable, tuvimos un problema de acceso a la vivienda y lo solucionamos en seguida y Gisela no nos puso ningún problema. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de ello. Fuimos cuatro personas que estuvimos teletrabajando y el Wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La piscina y la barbacoa también muy bien. Lo que menos nos gustó del entorno es que para caminar no es del todo accesible , hay que usar el coche para todo. Para los aficionados del tenis, hay un club cerca del cual disfrutar de unas buenas canchas de tierra batida. En resumen, muy recomendable

Jolie maison

Plage de galets très agréable avec restaurant/bar de plage à 800m., propriétaire très aimable, belle maison bien équipée. La partie basse de la maison n'est pas inclue mais privée (vide pendant les locations, mais pas accessible car réservée aux propriétaires). L'étage est vaste et confortable, la piscine très agréable.

Maison très agréable

Gisella nous a offert un merveilleux accueil, piscine et paysage fabuleux. Maison très fonctionnelle parfaite pour les vacances.Cependant wifi non fonctionnel.

Propriété au TOP!

Jusqu’à présent Tous nous voyages étaient à l’hôtel! Cette année avec le contexte sanitaire actuel nous avons décidé de louer une villa avec piscine privé et c’est vraiment sans regret! La maison est bien située, propre avec tout le nécessaire, la piscine est isolé pas de vis à vis. La propriétaire est sérieuse et réactive. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr ;)

We will be back!

Our family with children aged 16 and 18 had a perfect holiday. The house is actually bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. Spacious and light inside, with a great kitchen. Outside a large, spacious terrace with good sun beds / umbrella and a wonderful swimming pool. Garden and swimming pool were maintained twice a week! We also used the BBQ regularly. A large supermarket, with a delicious bakery, is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Sandy beaches are rare, but a few are quite close and a little further near Dania and Javea there are a few too. On the beaches it is quite busy by the way. We have made bike toursin Valencia and with the MTB around Moraira (always organized). Biking is great fun despite the heat and you see a lot of the area !. All in all, a perfect holiday. Not to forget, the communication with the house owner is pleasant and direct (speedy respons). We will definitely come back again.

Lovely villa & beautiful pool & gardens

The villa is spacious and very well equipped with all that you could need. The pool and gardens are stunning. The location of the villa is very good - just a 10 minute walk to local shops & restaurants and around a 15 minute walk to the closest area of beach. It is lovely to sit up on the balcony with a great view of the beautiful surrounding area. We were there when it was extremely hot and did use the fans supplied as there is no air con and it was quite hot at night. Overall a gorgeous place to stay! Communication with Gisela (the owner) was very good and the pack of information that she posted to us in advance was much appreciated.

Superbe location

Location parfaite ! Tout est là. On y vit comme chez soi. Très bien équipée, propre, très bien située. Photos conformes et contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser, la piscine n'est pas à l'ombre !!! en plein soleil dès 10 H / 10 H 30 le matin et jusqu'au soir :-) Accès facile à Moraira comme Calpe et assez rapidement sur l'autoroute qui dessert de nombreuses villes. Je recommanderai sans hésitation ! Petit bémol et encore quand il fait très très chaud : le manque de clim mais on s'y fait très vite !! Propriétaire charmante et très à l'écoute

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. My friends and I enjoyed it two weeks ... everyone just loved the place. The villa is spacious, the kitchen is complete, and the beds are good. Also to mention the two terraces and the refreshing pool. I highly recommend this place to everybody who wants to have a relaxing time with the possibillity to go to the nice beaches or walk in the mountains. Thank you Dirk

Excellent séjour

Tout dans cette villa est réunie pour passer de merveilleuses vacances : villa spacieuse et bien entretenue, piscine privative, petit jardin fleuri...La propriétaire laisse tout le matériel pour que l'on se sente "comme à la maison" (robots ménagers, barbecue, jeux de plage, parasols...). N'oubliez pas vos sandales pour marcher sur les galets de la plage, qui se trouve à seulement 15´ de la villa. Merveilleuses vacances à vous. Merci à Gisela, la charmante propriétaire de ce havre de paix ☀️

Vacances inoubliables en famille

Nous avons passés deux semaines formidables dans une magnifique et spacieuse villa. La maison est extrêmement confortable et fonctionnelle, elle dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Les enfants étaient ravis. Ils se sont éclatés. La région est très belle et convient à des vacances en famille: plages de sables ou de galets au choix, restaurants (très bonne pizzeria en bas de la rue et un excellent restaurant spécialiste de la paella à 5 min en voiture), nombreux endroits à visiter aux alentours (Calpe, Dénia, Bénidorm,...), fête foraine pour les enfants, ... Je recommande vivement cette demeure si vous désirez passer de belles vacances. En tout cas, nous, on y retournera, c'est certain. PS: Un grand merci à la propriétaire, Gisela, qui s'est montrée très accessible et aimable avec nous A très bientôt :-)

Superbe villa dans une région de rêve

Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location Très belle villa spacieuse, calme, fonctionnelle, dans un cadre magnifique. Correspond bien a la description qui en est faite. La piscine est un pur bonheur surtout le soir pour se rafraîchir au retour de la plage. Merci à Gisela la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et qui s'attache au bien être de ses hôtes. N'étant pas sur place, nous avons eu de nombreux échanges par mail très cordiaux et sympathiques. Elle a toujours été disponible , aucun mail n'est resté sans réponse. C'est une personne de confiance . C'est remarquable!! Merci Gisela!! Merci Gisela.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in der Sonne

Tolles Ferienhaus, ganz wie beschrieben. Ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, aber nicht weit zum Meer und Supermärkten. Restaurants in der Umgebung in Hülle und Fülle. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, vollständig ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöner Pool, nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Perfekte Betreuung vor + während des Urlaubs. Für uns ein idealer Ort für Entspannung, Spaß, Erholung - wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und Freunden empfehlen!

Wonderful place !!!

We highly recommend this villa and enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very peaceful and quiet. You can even hear the birds singing. Inside it was very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing. The beach is very close to the house and you can reach it by feet. The water was so clear. There is a supermarket , a pharmacy and delicious restaurants in the area. We will definitely suggest this villa to our friends and come back very soon.

Sport - Entspannung - Abwechslung: Erholung pur!

Danke für diesen herrlichen Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und alles war stimmig. Die Villa sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Ruhe und den wunderbaren Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Morgens haben die Vögel für uns gesungen. Die Obstbäume – vor allem der Zitronenbaum - neben dem Pool waren eine Augenweide. Der kurze Fußweg zum Meer, ideal für Frühaufsteher und Abendsonne-Genießer. Ideal waren auch die Golfplätze in der Nähe, ebenso die Wanderungen im Landesinneren mit den wunderbaren Gerüchen von purer Natur. Erwähnenswert sind auch die herrlichen Radtouren, die man in der Umgebung machen kann. Alles in allem sehr erholsam und zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen Dank! A.
