Across the street from the beach. you can hear the waves. This Apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen items, linens, towels, beach towels, and two beach chairs. Air Conditioning. (Access to shared free laundry) Restaurants and grocery stores nearby (Publix 1 mile). Beach access 5 minute (.3 miles) walk. Multiple public beach and River areas within a few miles and world class fishing is only 14 miles away at the Sebastian Inlet. WIFI, TVs with Roku (you can use the Roku to link most streaming accounts) in the living room and bedroom. Outside shared seating area with Peggys Beach House (vacation rental next apartment over. Apartment has parking for 1 car. 1 bedroom (king size bed) and 1 full bathroom. Apartment is the east unit of a 3-unit building. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests

Peggy & Tim fell in love with the area. We live nearby this beautiful Apartment most of the year. After Spending most of our lives on the Ocean City NJ beaches we decided to duplicate our love of the beach with a place in Melbourne Beach. We hope you will love this apartment and area as much as we do.
