Very clean and roomy condo. I do wish there was a mat on the porch floor, so that less sand would come in. Thank you otherwise, it was a wonderful day.

It's a great idea, and we completely understand wanting to keep the sand outside. Unfortunately, we've found that outdoor mats can trap moisture and, over time, stain or damage the concrete on the balconies and porches, so we've chosen not to use them to help preserve the property. We enjoyed our time at this property. It was nice, quiet, spacious & comfortable. The 1st floor location was great & close to most everything! The only downfall was the beach. It was difficult to walk on cuz it was slanted so much from the sand being washed away from the waves crashing into the shoreline & it was extremely windy!

Everything was amazing .Wendy and Cindy were great hosts!! Pool was delightful and warm. If i could give them 10 stars I would! Will absolutely be back and referring everyone to stay here when on the east coast !!

Roomy

This one-bedroom had plenty of room, a complete set of dated low-end appliances, and some privacy concerns. The king-size bed was lumpy. The beach is steps away and supposedly has good viewing for rocket launches (none happened while we were there). A large pool between building and beach attracted many users. Unlike almost all other units, there is a corridor between the ground-floor condo porch and the pool with a lot of foot traffic. People would naturally look in unless the curtains were pulled. Took some fiddling to get TV to work (tab the Roku remote to the 2nd Fire option, then use conventional remote). Assigned covered parking is within inches of Unit 102. Entrance is shared with the management office. Staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Luggage carts available. Variety of restaurants nearby, some very good with matching prices. Islands Fish Grill superb but hard to find; look for "no parking except" signs.
