We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ants and other bugs. We do provide regular pest control, but being in the mountains, these bugs are common and often unavoidable occurrences. We understand that the additional paperwork required before arrival can feel excessive. As a licensed real estate firm, we’re held to state regulations that require us to present specific legal disclosures on behalf of the homeowners we represent. That said, we know it can be a lot and we try to streamline the process as much as possible. We're especially sorry to hear about the condition of the patios and the cleanliness issues you described. Our team would have been happy to address these right away had we known during your stay—but we absolutely respect your preference for privacy.
