Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.
Other Things to Note:
- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40 lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.
- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
