Casa Tranquil, situated in a serene neighborhood welcomes you to enjoy its numerous amenities in order to make your home away from home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
As soon as you enter this cozy home featuring mostly new furniture, you'll want to kick your shoes off, sit, and relax! You'll find the kitchen fully equipped and ready to facilitate anything from a beverage to cooking an entire meal. Then retire to a comfortable bedroom with new mattresses and enjoy blissful sleep.
The space
Enjoy an open floor plan allowing easy access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and pantry/laundry room. Separate office/den area provides work or entertainment (65" smart tv) area in comfort. Private patio and backyard add a sense of calm while enjoying fresh air. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the northern side of the house for maximum noise reduction.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house.
Other things to note
Close proximity (within a 5 mile radius) to Mountainview Medical Center, a multitude of restaurants and shopping, Las Cruces Farmers Market, New Mexico State University, Veteran's Memorial Park, walking/bicycle trails, and most golf courses.

Nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, very spacious and we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable. The back yard was beautiful. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the flowers and the birds. It was a nice and relaxing stay thank you!

This is a very comfortable home with a well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. For our family gathering we especially enjoyed the large living/dining room and lovely backyard with BBQ. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean. The home is centrally located for access to all that Las Cruces has to offer.

Great stay!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the backyard - just sitting on the patio listening to the birds chirping was so relaxing. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Easy check in. Thank you for our weekend getaway.

We were here for the month. Very comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen. We used the barbecue grill outside. Quiet neighborhood . Nice backyard, either sit out in the sun or in the covered patio. The location was great. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. We may return next year!

Perfect Pick

We just spent two weeks at this property that absolutely felt like home. It is conveniently located so we were able to explore all areas of Las Cruces. It is well stocked and the patio and backyard are lovely. Definitely recommend!

Nice place

Nice place with comfortable furniture. The 4:00 pm check in and 10:00 am check out should be charged to 3:00 pm and 11:00 am.

Quiet. Central. A home run.

Simple check-in/check-out, REASONABLE cleaning fee, well-appointed property central to everything. No problems with all-night barkers or tire-squealers, all at a bargain rate. This is the one you want.
