Spacious house in Las Cruces NM with 3 bedrooms – 1 King in the main, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen beds. Plenty of room as there are 2 Living areas on the first floor and a 3rd living area upstairs as a loft with a couch, TV, and desk. You will enjoy 3 places to eat including a casual table for 6, a formal dining room for 8, and 4 fun counter chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with newer dishwasher, stove, microwave, and Refrigerator. We have a 2 car garage to park your smaller cars inside.

This wonderful house is perfect for any family or singles with a four-leg furry family member as it is pet friendly for well-behaved pets.

We loved this house. Very clean and organized. Chris is excellent host and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the El Paso/ Las Cruces area.

This house is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is quiet other than a bit of road noise from a well traveled street nearby. Not really a problem. The bedding and towels are first rate. I would not hesitate to rent here again

Everything was as described. Good location, house had everything you need, beds comfy, kitchen/pantry has necessities plus extras that you may need, very clean and dog friendly. The hosts was available and let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated! Lots of room and a TV for everyone in the family. Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay at this beautifully furnished and well-kept home! All major appliances were in good working order, clean, spacious, great lay-out and nice details like easy to find plug-in cubes throughout. All the beds were very comfortable and extra blankets, if needed, easy to find. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard. Prompt and helpful responses from the owner. It was a pleasure to stay here. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home and comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very easy to locate and close to interstates and getting around Las Cruces. The home is beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, with all the essentials that we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome stay

This was a wonderful stay for us while we were in town building the new skatepark. The place was spacious, clean and had cool decor! And the host was totally awesome, we wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend. Thanks again for everything!

I was looking for a short term rental for my family's 6 night stay in Las Cruces. My family and I were very comfortable given the amount of space, tv's and sitting areas. Kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and toiletries. The house is also conveniently located near highway 70, a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Chris, our host, was exceptional; very communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend if looking for a nice, safe and convenient place to stay in Las Cruces.

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home

What a perfect stay! The location is convenient to everything, the home comfortable and well maintained, and the space is equipped with all the little extras that let you know your host cares. I will absolutely look for Chris’ place first when I’m coming back to Las Cruces.

Always perfect!

I travel to Las Cruces regularly and always check to see if this place is available. Everything is perfect - location, layout, host responsiveness, furnishings, amenities, yard… I’m already booked again at the end of the month. Highly recommended.

Lovely, Spacious, Comfortable Home

We stayed in this house for nearly 3 weeks and loved coming "home" to this space each day after exploring the Las Cruces area. It was welcoming, comfortable, so spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved being able to park the car and our bikes in the garage. Finally, we were really impressed with how responsive the owner was to any question we had.
