Ocean View 2 Bedroom Townhouse Summerhouse, gated.
**Depending on the dates, we can be flexible on the check in/out days, and on the minimum days. Message us to see if we can adjust it for you.**

A beautiful UPDATED ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home. It has enough room to sleep six. There is a 1/2 bathroom conveniently located downstairs. This UPDATED condo is furnished with a king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There is a large TV for the sports fans in the family room, a desk for that quick conference call, and a DVD player with a variety of movies for entertainment within the condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer, and high speed internet access for those quick work email glances and to save on phone data.

Sit on the balcony while watching the waves crash. Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic!! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed across the street at the inlet. You truly get the best of both worlds.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Each section of Summerhouse has its own gated walkout to the beach so you never have a long walk to the beautiful beach.

We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Truly everything you could possibly need for that perfect beach vacation. We are just up the street from our rental unit to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise.

For our boating friends, we have a parking lot for the boats with a washout station as well. Several boat ramps all around our property. The parking lot can also accommodate those traveling with a trailer.

Rainy day? Too much sun? No worries. We have several DVDs along with cards and games for your use.


Port Canaveral is only a couple hours away so you can watch Space Launches from the comfort of your front door or on the beach.

As if being on beautiful Crescent Beach was not enough, Summerhouse is conveniently located near all of the popular attractions that St. Augustine, the Oldest City, has to offer. Historic St. Augustine and the Castillo de San Marcos are a mere 15 minutes to the north of Summerhouse and Daytona Beach is an hour to the south. Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions are about 2 hours away.

This was our second trip to this resort, and just like the last unit we stay in our experience with the host and unit was great! Check in was quick and easy, unit was clean. Beds were comfortable and was a great stay. The trip itself had some hiccups with the weather, but that was no fault of the host. Since it is so close to so many great restaurants, attractions, stores, and all of St. Augustine, even with the wet weather we still found plenty to do. This unit does offer quick access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be coming back and looking to stay here again!

Crescent beach condo

We stayed the week at Tessa’s condo and had a very nice time. The property was clean and comfortable. Summerhouse has always been a favorite due to their great location and wonderful upkeep. Thank you Tessa for allowing us to stay at your place! 👍👍😊

We stayed at this condo for two months in winter of 2026. We were not pleased with its overall cleanliness. The freezer door would not seal well, so food would start to thaw. Twin Bed sheets need to be replaced, as they don’t fit the beds well. We lifted the many small floor rugs, as they were a tripping hazard. Vacuum was extremely loud to run. We DID however love the overall location at Summerhouse on Crescent Beach.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location at Summerhouse on Crescent Beach, it’s truly one of the highlights of the area. I was surprised to read these concerns, as none of them were mentioned during your two-month stay or when we met in person midway through your visit. I make a point to be accessible and responsive, and I would have welcomed the opportunity to address any issues immediately. It’s also important to note that cleaning and linens were provided by Summerhouse, and their team is readily available on-site. They would have promptly resolved any concerns had they been notified at the time. For context, the only issue communicated during your stay was that the Keurig was acting up. It was replaced within 24 hours, and I also sent over a complimentary variety box of K-cups as a courtesy. Receiving this feedback a month after checkout unfortunately did not allow for any opportunity to investigate or correct these items during your stay. That said, I reviewed the concerns mentioned and handled them appropriately. I appreciate you staying with us and wish you the best in your future travels.

Everything we needed

Beautiful condo! The condo had everything we need for the beach (chairs, boogie boards) it’s always nice to not have to travel with those items. There is also a nice selection of indoor games for rainy days. We rarely left the property while we were there.

Great Condo with beach access

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The unit was clean and inviting upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, pots and dishes. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any requests we had. The pool was warm and our kids enjoyed it. The pool does close at dusk which in December means 5ish. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Quiet and comfortable

This is a quiet and spacious condo with a direct view of the ocean. It was exactly as listed, but provided even more extras than we are accustomed to with beach condo rentals. Plenty of linens and kitchen/cooking items. There were beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards for our use. And most important, overhead fans in the bedrooms! Easy day parking for the two guests who visited, and trash dump just downstairs. Highly recommend!

Fall Beach trip

Was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and pool. Love the laidback area…not too commercial but still plenty enough to keep us busy.
