Our comfortable, spacious home is in the heart of Northwest Arkansas just 5 minutes to I-49 with easy access to Rogers, Fayetteville, & Bentonville. We offer family friendly amenities, team housing solutions, fast Wi-Fi, & we're close to Cave Springs wedding venues & XNA airport.
We're your choice for affordable group business travel, weekend retreats, fun family getaways, concerts, or college games! Relax & unwind all while exploring & enjoying the natural beauty of NW Arkansas!
Welcome to The Woodland House:
★Four bedrooms, two bath home
★1652 square feet, one story--No Steps
★Sleeps up to 8 people-anyone not on the reservation will need approval from host. This is NOT a home to host parties or events of any kind.
★Parking in Garage & Private Driveway Only-there is NO street parking allowed.
★Centrally located 5 minutes from I-49
★Easy access to Fayetteville, Rogers, & Bentonville

Kitchen
Our kitchen is supplied with the essentials you need to cook at home or perfect for take-out, too. Our younger guests have access to child-friendly dishes & utensils as well as a highchair. We offer a complimentary beverage bar with coffee, tea, & cocoa complete with a Keurig Duo.

Our open concept living area is spacious & inviting with a cozy couch & loveseat, as well as a 55-inch Vizio smart tv--perfect for streaming your favorite shows & movies. We have games, books, and magazines for all ages, too.

Access to our private driveway & the two-car garage, which can fit two cars or one large SUV/truck, with remote. No more than 4 vehicles, no trailers, & Street parking is NOT allowed.

Backyard:
Covered back patio with seating for two backing up to a lush, wooded area with a view of the neighborhood walking trail and a large, unfenced yard.

Please Note: There is NO SMOKING on or in the property. There will be a remediation fee if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside.

In town for a wedding & location was great . Very clean & lots of little extras that made it very homey after a long drive - snacks , k cups coffee & tea! Garage too !

Family gathering spot

Flew multiple family members from several states to stay for my son’s wedding. House was well appointed, clean and centrally located! Amber was very attentive and so thoughtful helping us celebrate the wedding! Beds were very, very comfy and all the pillows you need. When you need a large gathering place this is the spot!

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is perfect for families with kids. There are games included in the living room, a great yard to play in and a walking trail behind the house. The location is great, away from traffic but close enough that it isn't a big deal to get anywhere. The house was very clean and organized. We will be staying again in the future!

Family visit for the holidays

Long weekend

We stayed while visiting family that had moved to the area recently. This property was centrally located which made it easy to get everywhere quickly. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The owners went above and beyond to answer all questions and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. We will definitely book here again and again!

Beautiful and comfortable

Family get together

Place was perfect from the moment we walked in. Clean & as advertised! We lacked for nothing as the amenities were “on point”. Very easy to navigate check-in and the host was very communicative. Can’t say enough about how well our experience was. Will definitely be back since we have extended family in the area! 6/5 stars for this stay!

Seriously the best!

Everything, from how clean the property was to the little extras, was amazing! We were a lively group of 7 adults with an age range from 28 to 62. The area and neighborhood were beautiful and peaceful, but also centrally located so you can easily reach all the things you want to do! The host was very communicative and made us feel very welcome! We all would highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone!

A great home.

Our two adult children, their spouses , our 20 month old grandchild, wife and myself were in NW Arkansas for a family wedding. This home was very well set up and the owners were so on top of it. The house is very well laid out and VERY clean. The location was easy to find and we felt like we really scored on this choice. We use VRBO's quite a bit and this one is really nice.
